Easy and durable pen needles
I love the size of these pen needles - always order them every 3 or 4 months. They are pain free - fit nice on my pen.

Love these for insulin pens!
Yes! These shorter needles are great for my insulin pens. I've been using them for a year now and I'm so less sensitive as they get under the skin and don't reach the muscle so I'm not as sore or bruised. I use 2-4 needles daily and have not had any issues with them.

Very small very short and causes very little pain. A+
I get my needles free from the VA but I love you so much better because I get 5 mm and these are so much smaller and they don't hurt at all. To me it's worth it to just purchase them instead. So I have this on my reorder list.

MORE painful, MORE expensive, MORE bending, LESS ease of use
SMALLER, BUT MORE PAINFUL. MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT MUCH WORSE. DO NOT BUY!First thing that caught my eye when looking for pen needles was the size of these. They are definitely smaller (34G 3.5 mm vs 32G 4mm-standard nano). They also say that they are angled better for less pain when injecting. I didn’t feel that at all, if anything these felt like they sting MORE than the other needles I use and do not feel as sharp. The other thing that caught my eye was the price - more than double the price for half the amount of needles! Third thing once I finally tried them, they BEND CONSTANTLY and I’m never sure if the insulin is going in properly as they leave my skin wet to the touch, while other needles never do. Last, and probably one of the most annoying things, is that they DO NOT COME OFF THE PEN!! I will stand there and twist the needle over and over and over and still when I pull the casing off, the needle is still attached to the pen, hanging off at an angle. I have resorted to pulling off the needle with my fingers instead of using the casing and manually reattaching the two pieces. I use two different brands of pens, both are supposedly compatible, and they both have this issue. I’m going back to my other needles (Medt brand, if you’re curious and want to switch)

Went to far in making needle smaller.
Pen needle is comfortable to use, you barely feel it going in. But the needles don't screw on my pens nicely, seems the threading doesn't match what's on the pen well. It might just be my brand of pen I use. One other issue is that the gauge size of the needle being 34 gauge I need to hold the button down like 3-4 times longer to inject my dose of insulin. I've switched to a 33 gauge / 4mm needle that is just as comfortable but which doesn't slow down the injection flow at all.

Painless
I have been using Pen Needles for years and purchasing them on Amazon. There was a particular pen needle I was using that is no longer available from Amazon. With this said I have tried various Pen Needles and each one of them was causing me pain when I used them. The pain in the injection area would go on for hours and sometimes days. One of my family members who is also diabetic informed me of the Droplet Micro Pen Needle. So, I purchased from Amazon and guess what? I no longer am suffering from the pain that I had with the previous manufacturers Pen Needles. As stated, the Droplet Micro is a little shorted than my previous needles and I feel absolutely no pain in the injection area. I definitely highly recommend this Pen Needle as comfortable, painless and easy to use.

Droplet Micron Pen Needles
I don’t know a lot about needles so I did some research on them recently. What I found out is the G such as 32G refers to the gauge or thickness of the needle. The mm such as 3.5 mm refers to how long the needle is.The 3.5 on these is very small relative to other needles - so it should be less painful then a longer needle. I was able to compare one of these 3.5mm needles to one only slightly larger at 4mm. To my surprise even at that small difference the size difference is very noticeable. In my photo the pink tinged cap is 3.5mm.I did a search and found that Amazon has many 4mm needles that are about half the price of this box of needles. So it really comes down to if that .5mm difference is worth the extra dollars to you. If you are very sensitive to needles it may very well be. You get quite a few in the box and they should last a while depending on how often you use them. .
