why has this product gone from $8.99 in December 2018 to $14.99 now through the seller Amazon?

Are these jerky texture or harder? My daughter has to break them real little for her service dog.

They don't have a jerky texture at all. They do break easily in my opinion. About the same as breaking a piece of chalk. I break them myself usually since we recently began cutting back on our dogs calorie intake.

Are the 44oz bags resealable?

I believe they are but truly can't recall......in any case I always advise putting your own clip on a packaged even if they are resealable
