This was my first time making a gift and I wanted a nice frame. This is a nice frame, but I took off a Star because the slightest movement exposes the frame underneath. It was tough to get it just right and within seconds of touching, it was bumped.

perfect way to frame my 8-year-old granddaughters' first embroidered artwork - she is thrilled that I have it on my bedroom wall. Easy to figure out even though the picture looks a little daunting with the elastic bands ... they hold the hoop in place.

I ordered this frame for a picture I embroidered and really liked the way it came together. I had to order an easel so it could stand up by itself.

You would think an embroidery hoop made to be used with the accompanying frame would just drop down into the frame ledge then secured. This does not. To frame the hoop within the frame, you must center the work as best you can on the back of the frame, it does not drop in. The elastic on back must be tightened to the point that it almost breaks. I used painters tape on the back of my work, but the frame would not lay flush with the wall.

Purchased this frame for my grandson‘s nursery because it matched the dark brown of his crib and changing table. I framed an embroidery picture that I had sewn with his weight and date of birth. This frame was very easy to use. I just slide the hoop under and the bands held it in place. My son and daughter -in- law thought it was very beautiful!
