How heavy is this? i am at a condo that shares a pool. can i take with me and set up, than take with me when i leave? or too heavy to keep moving?

You can break it down each time you go to the pool, but it will need to be disassembled after each use to bring home and refilled to play. The full set weighs 22.5lbs (not filled with water for assembly for reference). Is it easy to drain water when you are storing away for the winter?

Im so glad you asked this. I forgot to drain mine. Ha. It appears to be the same hole plug where you put the water in. Not too bad to drain though. No plug at the bottom, or one i could find.
