Men's Newport Closed Toe Slip on Slide Sandals

Fantastic sandals! I will say they are a little narrow, that being said I have a narrow foot so they fit great. My last pair had the back strap and these fit exactly the same I feel like. Typically wear a 10.5, and that fits true to these. My last pair lasted over 6 years and I’m still wearing them, so hopefully these last as long. The only reason I got the new pair is because I was tired of the strap and wanted slip ons. Highly recommend

The reviews stating that this model of Keen slip on shoes runs small are accurate. I found that out the hard way. I am a 9.5 EE shoe wearer. I bought the 9.5 size in this Keen shoe and they were too small, my heel stuck out past the back of the shoe and I got the sense they would slip off. I went up 1/2 size and they fit much better. They are also a bit narrow but the lacing allows the shoe to be loosened up to accommodate wider feet like mine. Without that feature, I would have sent these back again. When the fit is correct, this pair of Keens are comfortable, offer toe protection (or cover if you need that), are easy to slip on, wipe off with a damp cloth and are very durable. I like these shoes but I’ll never understand why sizing can vary - it’s a known specification. Build the shoe to that size spec and avoid all the consumer screwing around ordering, trying them on and discovering they run small. I like Keen durability and build quality, these are versatile slip ons and they offer good support with the proper fit. They are too expensive at full retail and I only buy them on sale.

Good slide sandals, but seem to run a bit small. I've worn size 11 in various Keen shoes and sandals over the years, but ended up sending the size 11 back and exchanging for 11.5. Not a huge difference, but enough to ensure they'll be comfortable in the winter with socks. Wish Keen still made an open-toe slide with their adjustable bungee cinch, but these are comfortable and supportive and will be my go-to sandals for around the house. Should last for a few years. Just what I've come to expect from Keen.

I have many pairs of keens and have been happy with each. These are by far the worst fitting, sized sandal I have ever purchased. I thought I would keep them in the hope they would work out. Unfortunately, they just get worse. The sizing is off and I noted this when I purchased. Normally a ten but bought a 10.5. I struggle to get my foot in and when I do walk they slip back out. I have broken these in and this has not helped. Hard to get on but then when you walk your heel runs about an inch out the back of the sandal (looks like they are too small when you walk in them but looks almost too large just putting them on. I don't know but thy are the worst for whatever reason.

Comfortable and durable. I've been wearing my pair daily about three years and they show minimal wear.

I bought these to replace an old Keen slide in that the bottom wore out. These do not fit as well nd I am constantly tapping my toes to push the shoe on more comfortably. They are the correct size but don’t feel as secure as my other Keens sandals. I wear them when I am walking around a campsite, but not if I am going walking on a trail.

It is very hard to walk when there is no grip on sole and tends to slip out often

KEENのサンダルはデザインが特徴的なことと合わせて、用途もスニーカーやモカシンのようなアクティブに動く履き方をすることが想定されています。 その為、スリッパの様なあいている空間に足を入れる、いわゆる”つっかけ”的なはき方ではなく、サンダルが足を覆う＝ホールドする形での履き方になります。 このサンダルの場合は足の甲の部分の、より足首の付け根に近い部分でホールドされるので、この甲の周りがサイズ選びのポイントになります。(上から見ると、このホールドされる部分の幅が一番狭く、絞られたような作りになっています) 特に幅広・甲高の足をしている人は1サイズ以上、上げるのが良いと思います。(私自身は普通の靴の場合27.5~28.0cmが2Eか3Eぐらい、KEENの靴だと28.0cmで丁度なのですが、今回は29.0㎝を購入) ゴム紐でゆるめたりと調節は可能ですし、サイドはゴムのバンドなので、ある程度は履いている内に伸びてきますが、それでも一番緩めた状態で1週間程度は段々足が外に押し出される様な感じになってしまっていました。(2週間目あたりから落ち着いて履けるようになりました) このサンダルの良い点は、大きく２点です。 ①かかとのストラップが無いので、サッと履けてあまりパカパカとしない ②つま先側が閉じているので、小石等が中に入ってきづらい あと、これは使い方にもよるかもしれませんが、水辺、特に岩場での使い方を想定している為か、ソールが硬めで滑り辛い感じになっています。
