Excellent service. Arrived well before due date and packaged well. I'm a on site carpenter and this beauty cancels out noise pollution to minus 31 db whilst holding a quality signal. The phone jack facility is brilliant but the lead can get in the way (but that's to be expected with corded devices). Other downside is sweaty ears after one hour as the cups are soft nylon coated as opposed to fabric. But on the whole I definately recommend these cans if you're working in a non hse environment (distraction)!!! Enjoy.

This is my 3rd pair or DAB radio ear defenders so I will compare these with them (Clas Ohlson and Peltor). Rather surprisingly I think these are the best at blocking unwanted noise. The radio is not very loud but countered by their ability to block outside noise. The sound quality is probably the worst of the 3 with a rather thin sound but still OK. Construction looks very good being right up there with the Peltor ones. Not as comfortable as the Peltor ones though due to the inner foam just touching my ears but I'm sure I will soon get used to that. Love having the built in rechargeable battery that these come with. I've had no problem with the DAB signal others mention but I only use them at one place and we have good reception. I wish I could still get the old Clas Ohlson ones which had the best sound quality and value but these far cheaper than the Peltor which were overall no better and rather short lived. Time will tell how long they last but overall they are good just not brilliant

This item stopped working in 3 weeks and I have not managed to return it in time due to ill health. I DO NOT recommend it

Headphones are good but there's no charger, could you possibly send one?

I purchased the SNR31dB Digital DAB+ Edition Ear Defender headphones from RC-Profis on 3 July 2023, but unfortunately, they’ve failed to meet expectations. Despite being a replacement pair (received on 24 June 2024 under the 2-year warranty), these headphones have developed the same problems as the first set, which is very disappointing. The headphones have stopped receiving most stations, and the left ear frequently stops working altogether. Even after ensuring they are fully charged, the issues persist. Additionally, whenever I change the station, the headphones always revert back to one default station as soon as I put them on, making them frustrating to use. Considering this is my second pair and it has lasted less than six months, I can’t recommend this product. The repeated failure suggests a design or quality issue. I’ll have to contact RC-Profis again about this, but I’m now sceptical of its long-term reliability.

Bought them for my husband and he says they are very good . Only used a couple of times so far though. Arrived earlier than expected so that was good.

Wanted for listening to local football team (freed up TV) Working well. Arrived on time although shipped from Germany so longer lead time. The instructions were in Germany but fairly easy to figure out.

Ein sehr gutes Set welches ich meinem Vater zu Weihnachten schenkte. Er schneidet mit einer Großen Rundsäge Holz und braucht daher ein Gehörschutz. Die Radiofunktion ist echt spitze und ist weder zu laut noch zu leise. Es hängen keine Kabel rum oder sonst etwas. Einziger 0,4 Stern Abzug ist weil es doch nicht so gut isoliert wenn das Radio aus ist. Kann aber auch als Vorteil gesehen werden, da man dann noch etwas von der Umgebung mitbekommt. Daher 4,6 Sterne von mir welche aufgerundet zu 5 werden. Versand wie gewohnt super schnell und perfekt verpackt. Gruß Robert

Der DAB Empfang hat Vor- und Nachteile. Der Vorteil: Es gibt kein Rauschen. Der Nachteil: wenn das Signal zu schwach wird (innen durch Betonwände und Metalldecken) hört man eben nichts. Analog rauchts halt gern. Die Polster schirmen den Lärm sehr gut ab.
