This is a great product that works!
This gauge is versatile and well-made. It has the measurements needed for welding and is small enough to slide in your pocket or toss in with your other gear. Not sure what more to say. This is a great product that works!

Very nice and useful
I'm not a professional welder, so I can't make butt joint and fillet weld decisions by eye, I need help. Enter this gauge to help me out! The gauge comes in a very handy plastic case for storage when not needed, yet the tool itself is small enough to fit in a shirt pocket while you're working. It's well made, solid, and the markings are easy to see. Recommend this? Yes

Handy during processing
My husband, who is a career aerospace welder, gives the comments on this item. He states it is a good little tool to have handy for in-process checks, but doesn't believe it could be useful for final inspections. Heavier than expected, it will make a good gauge for "reference only." This would be a good choice for a medium-level fabricator. It will probably be a good measuring tool for what the description states. The markings on the tool are well-etched and easy to see. The ring is a bit awkward to move around, and you will have to fiddle with it to rotate it past the locking screw. He tells me this will be a good value at this price point. As his wife, I noticed it is pocket sized and really cool looking.

Good Set of Gauges
Pretty good little set of gauges. I like that it is relatively easy to read and use. I find I can keep it in my pocket on my welding jacket and am able to get and use it right away. It would make a great gift for your favorite welder and is a must have in your shop.

The build quality of this Fillet gauge is very sturdy. It functions flawlessly and is easily usable when im getting ready to weld. Great value for your buck when you need one to weld.
