This is fab for delicates, frills etc, but can also de crease regular work shirts and pants.. Its easier than ironing..you need a bit of space to use it.. I love it.

I had the hand held Fridja clothes steamer which works well and was a Which? Best Buy. So I thought the bigger one would be easier to use because of its larger water container. The hand held is good for curtains after hanging etc, while the larger steamer is restricted by the tube length but has a bigger head and delivers more steam. The bigger Fridja works very well. The only fiddly thing is the hanger which moves and swings around even when you hold the clothes being steamed(which you have to do but not tightly). I'm thinking of getting a separate, free-standing fixed hanger holder. Fridja could easily have produced one instead of the one that fixes to the steamer. Otherwise, it's a great product and excellent value for money, being about the same price as the hand held model.

This is a good steamer, however it takes time to get use to it. I found good videos on YouTube which helped me getting the technique right. The best thing about this steamer is that you can "iron" garments in half the time of a normal iron. My husband tried it and he hates it so he still uses the conventional iron. We ironed together and I could do 3 garments whilst he would only do one... so much quicker and easier (for me). However it does have few disadvantages that perhaps you'll need to consider before buying: 1) you cannot get an absolute crease free finish. So, if you are looking for excellent ironing results, you'll probably be better with a conventional iron. I'm fine with the results I get. Decent results although far from perfection. Although when I ironed alongside my husband the results from both were pretty similar... 2) if you don't use it the "right" way, your clothes will end up with water from spillages which can also burn your hands. YouTube videos highly recommended to prevent this! 2) difficult to get to the hems and the cuffs of garments. It comes with a pad for this but I don't like it and hence I don't use it. 3) even when straightening to its highest position, it is a bit to short for trousers. So usually I end up kneeling or bending to steam the lower part of the trousers. (Worth considering if you have problems with mobility, joints or lower back) 4) it is difficult to iron small items like children school shirts. I often do these in the conventional iron to prevent burns. Unless you can buy heat resistant gloves! 5) recommendation is to use it with distilled water which its difficult to find and expensive. I use it with normal water. Only time will tell if this makes it last less... It seems that it may have more "cons" than "pros", however the fact that I finish the ironing so much quicker (up to x3 times quicker) makes me love my steamer and would definitely would buy it again. I think a vertical ironing board (like other models or brands) may prevent or lessen its disadvantages.

This really works!! Thought I would give it a go as I hate ironing. Must say after only having it for a week I am impressed. Once you get the angle of the steamer head right then its easy. The glove helps too as you need to hold the fabrics or pull them tight to help the steamer do its job. I'll still do some things with my iron but this will certainly be getting used frequently.

Okay on thin synthetic materials. Not so great on cottons and linen .

Great product, when I first received it the extending rod with a hanger for clothes seemed so flimsy I worried that the whole thing would be the same. Just hang your garment onto a clothes hanger and place on the back of a door, magic! Gets creases out of all my clothes, runs out of water faster than I thought it would but not an issue for me, I love that I dont have to iron and ive even tried bed sheets with great success. Great product.

Easy to assemble but disappointing performance. Not much of a head of steam. It’s actually quicker to iron the garment. It’s also impossible to empty it (which is recommended to avoid limescale) and when you remove the reservoir, water goes everywhere. I was subsequently given a cheap hand-held steamer that cost £17 and frankly does a better job.

Je ne recommande guère cet article puisqu'il ne fonctionne pas! Malheureusement je ne l 'ai déballé que trop tard et par voie de conséquence impossible d'avoir un retour a mes nombreux mails envoyés. A ce jour j'aimerai juste que l'on me rembourse le produit dont je n'ai plus l'emballage. Il parait évident que le produit reçu était défectueux et sans doute déjà retourné par l'un de vos clients puisqu'il manquait une partie des accessoires...Je suis une tres bonne cliente et ne comprends pas les non réponses de vos services! Voller Vorfreude habe ich soeben das Paket ausgepackt... Leider kann ich das Gerät aber gar nicht in den Betrieb nehmen, denn es ist ein Stecker für den Gebrauch in UK angebracht! Da weder in der Produktbeschreibung, noch in den Zusatzinformationen etwas darüber stand, ist es echt ärgerlich!!! Die Verarbeitung des Geräts macht auch nicht den hochwertigsten Eindruck....Der Wassertank liegt nur lose auf, ob da nichts leckt? Zur Leistung kann ich mir leider noch kein Urteil erlauben, dafür benötige ich ja erst einmal einen Adapter. Vielleicht hätte man darauf hinweisen können, das es ein englisches Fabrikat ist... Schade, solche Informationen hätten doch mit angegeben werden können, ist ja nicht ganz unwichtig.

Wunderbares Gerät, Würde schnell geliefert und der defekte Schlauch würde ohne Probleme ausgetauscht..👍
