Update. The seller contacted me and after an email exchange sent a replacement unit. This works well so am happy. Must have been unlucky and got defective unit first time round. _——————- The vacuum facility simply doesn't work on the one I received. It goes into an unending cycle. Even with an empty bag it doesn't suck any air out of the bag. I can get the manual seal to work. The annoying thing is that there is now no means of registering a complaint or requesting a replacement from the seller.

Works a treat good price used it a couple of times. Just make sure you line the bag up to the triangles inside and it never fails .

Doesn't extract air properly and doesn't seal properly, so totally ineffective. Very poor compared to another more expensive machine which I had previously. Seller offered to refund but did not do what they promised.

Vac sealer has stopped sucking air out and it’s past the return window by 2 months! It’s only 5 months old and totally useless! Going to buy a proper more expensive one with better return timeline.

Sealing aspect seemed to work fine, but the vacuum of the item not adequate. Only vacuumed half to three quarters of the pack before sealing. Pockets of air still visible so now unsure how well my meat will keep while frozen.

I used this product to pack snacks i buy in bulk into smaller portions in order to take at work. Can not fault it. It does what is says. The only thing that I wished it would have included would be a list of suggestions on how to use the product. Like what recipes can you do for freezing maybe or ways of using it that might not seem evident. That would be be great as it would assure you use your product at its full potential.

This is such a useful item in the kitchen. It takes a little time to get the hang of it. When you do, your food storage in the fridge is much better and prolongs food life, less wasted food. Brill

Absolutely waste of time! Has a mind of its own! Seals after 2 seconds! Doesn’t turn on at times and smells like it’s burning! Do not buy!!!
