Will it work against fogging glass inside a car? Thanks

No, this product is for use on the exterior, and therefor does not have any effect on interior fogging. RainX antifog is about the only useful interior fog inhibitor, but is a bit of a pain to apply streakfree.

Does this product help with removing ice from the windows ? Flyby30 mentions it in the description but this one does not

In a sense, yes. This product reduces adhesive properties of water, so in theory it does reduce the ‘stick’ factor of ice. It does help to remove ice, and you can use a deicer or alcohol solution to remove ice without harming this product. It has less of an effect than rainx, but it lasts a LOT longer than rainX. I also apply rainx on top every once in a while to maximize the effect.

Is this compatible with windshields covered in PPF?

Not sure what PPF is, however this is my least favorite product that car pro makes. It did not work well for me. I just use straight ceramic coating on my windshield and it works fine
