I love these glasses. They fit really well on my face and they stay up when I push them back on my head (convenient plus side). The style is cute and flattering. The lenses are a bit large but I like that it covers more of my view to reduce more blue light. The color change takes some getting used to but I’ve for sure noticed I fall asleep easier at night after wearing these to reduce the blue light in my home.

I really like the quality and style of this Im not disappointed for the price and I think it really helps block the blue light during screen time or wear it to dim the room to help with natural melatonin and it helps on falling asleep quicker when you wear it 1 hour or2 hours before bedtime.

My sis got me into blue blockers for night time and I’ve been buying the same terminator style ones for years but they kept breaking at the sides since I’d have them on while reading in bed and laying on my side. This pair is SO much better! They are super lightweight and comfortable and while not as dark as the others, they do the trick. They even come with a handy folding case so I can take them with me when I travel.

I couldn't see through the glasses even with the proper magnification. It wasn't my eyes and it blurry.

These look cute and appear well made but the lenses make everything brighter/ yellow. I was hoping they would help with headaches at work but the brightening factor is worse

Great to help you sleep better at night

I don’t know if I’ve noticed a big improvement in sleep as science supports that less blue light in the evening can set our sleep and circadian rhythm. I can say though that putting these on in the evening I immediately feel less strain and stress on my eyes, which relaxes me. The glasses are comfortable and fit well. Plus they look cool.

Muy buena calidad. ¡Me encantan! Me las puse al anochecer y dormí como un bebé. Vienen con funda rígida, funda de tela, cuerda para colgarlas y paño de limpieza. También las uso al trabajar con el ordenador. Al principio parece que ves menos, pero al quitártelas notas lo mucho que protegen la vista frente a la luz azul.

Artículo de calidad, y diseño. Filtra la luz tal y como indica. Los materiales de la montura parecen de calidad.

Me deslumbraban mucho las luces por la noche y las uso tanto en la calle como en casa para ver la tv o mirar el movil y en la calle para no deslumbrarme con las cada vez más intensas luces de la ciudad. De esta manera mi cuerpo se prepara mejor para el momento de ir a dormir.
