Does cut keys, but cutter is too wide and cuts blend together too easily, which causes some peaks to be broken off. Unless your pins are fairly widely spaced you may not be able to make functioning keys. Cost of ruined key blanks plus cost of potage back to China equals lesson learned about buying products not shipped by Amazon.

Seems to work as hoped. Only used it several times, but both of the keys I cut with it worked fine. i did polish with fine wet/dry sand paper to make the key slip in/out of the lock more smoothly

Key cutter does as advertised with some limits the fifth and sixth depths it has some issues with. Tolerances seem to be out a little bit from a proper lishi cutter but it's manageable

There's really nothing much to say about it except....dont waste your money buying this thing, its not worth it.
