Muscle Milk Genuine Protein Shake, Chocolate, 20g Protein, 11 FL OZ, 4-Count (Pack of 6)

I have a monthly subscription to a case of these in Chocolate flavor; switched recently from 14 oz to these 11 oz ones. I find them useful for the odd between meal snacks, especially when combined with a scoop of BarnDad Ultra Fiber to help keep me feeling full. On workout days, I have one immediately afterward. To me, these taste much better than the chocolate Myoplex RTD. A note of caution: if you are trying to change life-long eating habits and reduce calorie intake, don't make these your major diet component. That makes them a chocolate flavored crutch and you won't really change your habits at all. Increase your fiber intake and keep these drinks as a supplement, not a frequent meal replacement.

I've been buying this product via subscribe and save for a while now without issues, but 25% of the drinks in my last shipment was clumpy and disgusting, and one drink was expanded and appeared to be pure foamy substance, needless to say I didn't drink it. While less bothersome, many of the drinks had tops that didn't successfully open the container, which made things more difficult. I don't get whats going on here.

I wish Muscle Milk would get rid of the artificial sweetner, but whatevs.This is the best price you'll find this anywhere, believe me i looked. This product is an easy way to get protein very fast and is one of the best tasting protein shakes around. I drink one 30 minutes before every heavy duty workout. And sometimes for breakfast if I'm in a rush.For all this talk of the Consumer Reports 'study' it seems a little sensationalist. Right now, this product falls within the safe limits established. I assume that if the proposed limits go into effect, they will make any needed changes. But will all such publications that use fear to sell their product, I wonder about how many study's they did to actually 'get' their results.Regardless I've been using CytoSport products for over a year with 0 negative effects, and all my blood work has yet to come back with 'dangerous levels of toxic heavy metals.'

It used to be a awesome buy. Prices have just about tripped. Tastes good but can't afford to buy it anymore. Not feasible.

Taste great, is a good meal replacement, not hungury within a hour or two after drinking it. Four star rating only because I believe the banana cream is better tasting. Otherwise it has all the same qualities. 20 grams protein, only 3 grams sugar, 180 calories

The plastic tops melted off these shakes. Thanks to this, I cannot drink them without getting muscle milk all over my shirt.

This batch of chocolate Muscle Milk had clumps in it. It tasted strange. I would like to get my money back or get a replacement.

Cytosport Muscle Milk Ready-to-Drink Chocolate Shake is a tasty way to get your protein in addition to other vitamins and minerals. I drink it especially for the milk proteins. The product does not contain milk but the milk proteins which I believe to be essential in the battle against osteoporosis. I like the Vanilla Crème and the Chocolate flavors and switch between flavors at lunch time. This is not a diet shake but a Protein Nutrition Shake. With a piece of fruit, this shake will keep me satisfied me until dinner.
