Very good quality and so much better than normal flat bottomed ones. Spike marks just brush out easily. Very sturdy.

For a settee with quite wide feet (approx 30mm square) these are fine, but a chair with narrower feet (about 20mm round) the pad is a little unstable on the carpet. The carpet has a deep pile and placing the narrow feet on the discs causes them to tip up unless the foot is dead-centre. Then when someone sits on the chair it moves slightly and slips off the carpet saver. So good for some and not so good for others.

I liked that they are sturdy and a bit of bling, that my sofa’s did not slide about. I disliked that within 24 hours I had compression marks in the carpet. On checking, there are defined spikes in the carpet showing what they are expected to achieve, despite this the spikes are not long enough for a medium cost wool carpet with a low cost underlay. If you have very thin carpets and underlay or decent carpet/underlay In one then they may we’ll be good to go, otherwise sadly not recommended Sadly, these have proved to be brittle and most of them has crack and splintered over time, all now in the bin reduced to 1 star

While these are cheap and look sturdy they are pretty useless if you have bed or furniture with castors, as the slightest movement makes the castor roll off the cup. My bed needs moved to be made up and it’s a nuisance having to try and lift the bed every time, to put cups back in place. Wish I hadn’t bothered…Glad I have plan B!!

These are excellent for stopping dents in carpet. Being clear, they are fairly inconspicuous which is also a plus. They leave a myriad of little holes which can easily be brushed out by hand. We have found them really effective for most of our furniture with one exception. We have two very heavy sofas, on casters, and the carpet savers have unfortunately cracked under the weight, hence my four stars for ‘thickness’. I would happily buy thicker and perhaps wider savers for my sofas but they don’t seem to be available. However, for the coffee table, side tables etc. these are excellent and really do do the job.

Colocas el mueble encima de él y lo deja un pelín levantado de la alfombra, justito por encima de ésta sin tocarla. A la vista , de pie, no se nota. Una idea de chisme genial para evitar las marcas. Es de plástico duro transparente. No se nota nada que hay algo debajo del mueble.

Die Plastiknoppen an der Unterseite haben durch unseren dicken Wollteppich hindurch das unter dem Teppich befindliche Parkett beschädigt. Ich werde auf eine Version mit glatter Unterseite wechseln.

Mmh was soll ich groß sagen, der Erste Untersetzer unter dem Sofa war am 2ten Tag gebrochen, Der 2te nach einer Woche, erfüllt leider nicht seinen Zweck. Wollte den Artikel zurücksenden, war aber laut Amazon nicht notwendig, hab den Kaufpreis rückerstattet bekommen ohne den Artikel zurückzusenden
