Very happy with the price as compared to other similar items. It’s attractive and functional. This was very easy to install in the existing hole from the previous dispenser. I especially love that you can refill it by just removing the top. Older versions of this type of soap dispenser you used to have to crawl under the sink and refill. Purchase with confidence!

This dispenser works and serves the intended purpose. However, it is not very sturdy, so you need to use it carefully. As another reviewer pointed out, do not push down on the spout to dispense soap. Press on the top of the plunger instead. I thought this unit included a funnel to assist in filling, but mine did not come with one. I used a small funnel I already had. Filling it is not a fast process because the bottle neck to too small. If you used very thin soap, it would probably fill faster. I filled mine with regular liquid hand soap and am able to pump it out without a problem. I installed a new faucet that left the old side sprayer hose hole empty. This unit looks nice and covers the hole in my sink top.

It was easy to install. This product replaced the one that cost a lot more $$ than this one. It does have a smaller "footprint" than the one replaced. It also has a much larger bottle so laying on your back under a sink with the edge of the cabinet digging into your back while trying to hold a bottle and screw it on will not be near as often as it used to be. (I have great respect for plumbers who are also contortionists). The pump does not feel cheap when using it. I am a tightwad to the nth degree and I was rather skeptical that this would be as sturdy as it is. I am very pleasantly surprised.

it looks nice, installed easy. I filled up the soap dispenser with dishsoap and the bottle top broke within the first week of installation and soap went all over under my sink. I didn't get it installed until 3 mos after I bought it, as I was waiting on my new Granite counter top and sink to be installed first. so It is not under warranty over 90 days .. Can't find a replacement bottle at home depot or anywhere.... to replace it... they don't carry replacement bottles . I contacted Amazon and they said they got a hold of manufacturer and will send new one for free - I was So happy. But I haven't received it. So Called Amazon today and Amazon has no record of this and said this manufacturer from Amazon has no phone number or way to contact them which is so weird. very disappointed. was hoping it was just a faulty plastic bottle... and want manufacturer to replace it. . Amazon, would appreciate if you could help

I needed to replace a leaking sink sprayer and hose and thought it'd be better to put in a soap dispenser that I'd use much more frequently while also getting rid of the ugly soap bottle sitting on the countertop. Well, this little pump is perfect! It came with everything needed to easily install it and it works great with one pump to put out a nice dose of soap. It looks great too and cleared up counter space previously occupied by the soap bottle. I looked at local big box hardware stores and their cheapest soap dispensers were $25+. Get this instead, it looks and works great!
