This is a great product but more importantly, it's a great group of people selling it.
Very rarely have I experienced what would be considered true excellent customer service. Well, these guys provide it. The miner came perfectly timed as promised, packed perfectly, and their customer service is amazing and will help you however they can. I wish more companies were like this seller.

Nothing but issues from day 1
I have had issues with a low temp in the log shutting down the start up that eventually lead to a hash board failure. This particular miner uses a somewhat rare type "Non-Aluminium" hashboard that is hard to repair and expensive to replace. I am running on 2 hashboard atm because getting a replacement board is proving very difficult.
