Super sturdy, probably the most sturdy door knob I've ever used, seriously. Very smooth, and no binding whatsoever. I love the operation of it. Perfect for house with small kids locking themselves in places. Our bathroom door was always getting locked and we'd have to find the keys. This makes things so easy. The unlock and lock feature doesn't sound like it's binding at all, it just works. Such a simple and sleek design. I can't say enough good things about it. No wifi (which my wife loves). If you ever need to unlock it without a fingerprint, you have the option to open with your phone (I use Smart Life instead of Tuya). Or... It comes with keys that can be used with a hole on the bottom of the knob.

I use this for my closet door as there are things in my closet I would not want my children getting to it. Very easy to install just like a normal door knob, and very easy to set up. What I like the best is I shut my closet door and I don't have to worry about if I locked it or not It's always locked on the setting I have. I have to use my thumbprint every time to open the door. It does recognize your thumb print very fast each time You're not sitting there tapping it and tapping I would recommend doing both your thumbs in case one of them are wet after doing say dishes It Will take more than one top if your finger is wrinkly from water. I don't have any cons myself and I have been using this for months now. Other than don't forget to close your door lol The worst things when you walk in your room and you see the door open that you put a door knob on to lock behind you. You can also set up different users so if you were to use this doorknob in a office for all your different departments. You can assign different people to different doorknobs you also know which person accessed the door and at what time they did. This is also great in the office I work at. And it seems to be strong enough. I would not use this as a front door knob unless you have a strong deadbolt behind it. You can also set it to alert you when the door is being opened and by who if you allow other users. Works through Wi-Fi off a program on your phone that you download from Play store / Apple store

This product is very easy to install and works really well. We installed the one on our master bedroom door. It was ridiculously easy to sign up and contact seller website for the warranty and to add the app and fingerprints. Very user friendly. It came with 2 hard keys (just incase), and also has a port to connect to an external battery in the event that you lose the keys and the batteries die, so no need to call for a locksmith if anything happens. We installed it just yesterday, and the only thing I would note so far is that after my husband washed his hands, the fingerprint reader was picky about opening for him. The nice thing is, you can also open it from the app on your phone, or with the key, so you're never really locked out. You can also add every single one of your fingerprints, and multiple users. Since it's our bedroom, my husband and I are both users.

Got 2 knobs about a week ago. Both have the same problems Lock keeps Fingerprint about 2 days and stops working. Have to keep reloading print. Have fresh batteries. Easy to install and very good looking. Last time lasted a 12hrs. Sending back. Save your money.

Been using it for 2 years quality is great for 38$. Easy instructions only had to recharge twice over 2 years.

Edit: Sadly, I must change from a 5 star to a 3 star. This product works amazing... as long as the battery is more than 80% charged. We notice that once it drops below that, it stops picking up our prints as easily until it drops probably another 10 or so percent, then it stops picking them up at all. We end up having to scan in our prints again. If it just happened to one person using the knob, we wouldn't think much of it. However, three of us use it and each of us scanned in a finger on each hand just in case. All prints would eventually stop working in about the time frame explained above. I choose to only go down to 3 star because it really is easy to install and works great while the battery is above 80 or so percent. We are assuming/hoping maybe we just got a fluke. That being said, I still felt it necessary to at least let our fluke be known in case it happens to others. Original review still below. Remember how futuristic the Jetsons were?
