Excellent Product with Truly Supportive Customer Service
I purchased the Agaro Mini Chopper in September 2025, and honestly, it has been a very useful kitchen product. It makes chopping quick and easy and saves a lot of time in daily cooking. After using it a few times, it suddenly stopped working, which was disappointing. But I truly appreciate the support provided by the Agaro customer service team. The service care executives were very helpful, guided me properly regarding the issue, and to my surprise, they even replaced the product with a brand new one. Cute sa chopper❤️
This is an excellent chopper; it saves a lot of time and doesn't take up much space either. The battery life is good, and the blades are extremely sharp—it finely chops everything within seconds. It also looks quite nice—it's small and cute. It saves me a significant amount of time in the kitchen. The after-sales service is excellent. Overall, it's a 10 out of 10.

The chopper itself works incredibly well and is a great value for the price. After about 4 months of use, it developed a small functional issue. I emailed their customer support, and they called me back within just two days. After I shared a quick video showing the issue, they immediately sent out a replacement. Highly recommend this brand for their quick and hassle-free warranty support!

The product is useful, very good for making purees for babies. But it stopped working after 2 months. The customer care was helpful; got the product replaced within a week.
