Great product but they aren’t loaded fully
Great, love the liner, smoothness, stays on, etc. Just know they are not the full length of the pencil. Ran out quickly. Almost like they are a trial.

Glides effortlessly and doesn’t feeling like it’s dragging or tugging. Creamy yet also lasts long on too. Love this and definitely want to try more shades!

trustworthy
I am very disappointed with this product. I opened it about a week ago and have only been using it for a short time. As of today, the liner no longer rolls up. I don't understand how this could happen after such limited use. Did I receive a defective product? I would appreciate a replacement or a resolution.
