Excellent product and service!!! I purchased this collar to try to stop my dog from constantly barking. The first one was faulty but after an email... five minutes later... email returned with apology and a second one in the post which promptly came! Works brilliantly! Would definitely use this seller again!!

I purchased this collar on the 6th May and it was returned a short while after as the clip did not open and we had to slide the strap along to get it off our dog. The replacement collar worked well and we thought that we were going in the right direction to solving the barking problem. Unfortunately about a week ago the collar developed a fault in that it keeps beeping but then does a funny whirring noise but does not vibrate so the barking continues and we are back to square one. It does not seem as if the collar can be returned even though it has stopped working properly but there must be some kind of guarantee so will be contacting amazon. We have replaced the batteries but it is useless.

A bit dissappointed with this item ,it ok if my dog just lets a little bark but if he gets excited when someone comes in he just ignores it ,an the beep is very annoyingv all the time too

We received two of these collars a week tomorrow, I know that seems a short period of time but we did everything according to the instructions and it worked for the first day. After that it went off when they jumped off a stool, the sofa, bed, in fact anything, we changed the frequency as per instructions but again if we put a lead and collar on or a harness it went off. I am at the end of my tether now and I was so looking forward to them coming thinking ahhh peace at last!!!! I don't know if it is because we got the no prong type because to keep the one I bought in place it has to be very tight, with hindsight I think that we should have got the pronged one as when it vibrates the prongs touch anywhere on the dogs neck. I would like your advice on what to do, One of the dogs is a Jug and one is a Cavischon not very big dogs as you see. Stuart

Does work and my dog did stop from incessant barking when he was wearing it. The only problem is that I found that it would sometimes go off for no reason, therefore confusing him. I wrote to company asking if this is normal but they haven't bothered to reply. I would still recommend it however, and I tend to use it just when he is in the house and likely to be barking at something. He has learned that low growling doesn't really set the noise off but that is more tolerable than loud barking.

I have to say I was skeptical when I purchased two of these collars for my dogs, I didn't doubt whether the product worked, just whether it would have any effect on my dogs, who love to bark. I was reassured by the generous return and refund policy so thought I would give it a go regardless. The dogs are both different breeds, one with a deep bark and howl, the other is smaller, more inclined to start barking and is generally yappier. I only want the collars for use in the garden during nice weather when the dogs prevent you spending anytime outside, ruining the ambience by barking persistently at anything that moves or makes a noise in neighbouring gardens. When the collars arrived I was excited to test them, they were easily assembled and even more easily fitted and working. They had an instant impact on both dogs. As soon as they barked the collars emitted the tone and that was enough on most occasions to surprise them and stop them from barking. On the few occasions when they have persisted the vibration has kicked in and this has been enough for the dog to completely give up. They normally run back to me and look at me as if something weird is going on. Now if I put the collar on when they go outside they don't even bother to start barking in the first place. As I said I only use the collars when I want to sit in the garden in peace for short periods, I don't want to deter them from barking in general, at night or to want me of something, I just want to prevent the 'barking for the sake of it'. I am very pleased with the purchases as they have massively exceeded my expectations. With the return policy I would advise anyone to try these on their dog as obviously I can only speak on behalf of the two I have.

My Jack Russell didn't mind having this put on, she went out into the garden didn't bark or go near anything but it went off in one continuous beep at the loudest setting and wouldn't shut off. It scared the hell out of the dog and we had a hard job to catch her to take it off. I took the battery out and left it a while before trying the battery in again without putting it on the dog. It was left on the table on it's own but kept sending out continuous beeps and the only way to stop it was to take the battery out. I did try the other battery but it did the same and we couldn't turn it down either. The dog was so scared by it she wouldn't go near it so returned it... there wasn't a dog whistle in the box either!

Everything was fine until it stopped working after a few months
