Good value for your money no taste I take every three days have constipation problems. It helps. They’re very digestible. And they’re very effective.

For about 3 years I’ve been battling digestive issues that create discomfort and excessive gas every time I eat. I’ve altered my diet per my doctor but still have problems. I took the Charcoal + Probiotics & Digestive Enzymes for the first time today with my lite lunch and NO GAS, no discomfort even hours later! I’ve always had a sensitive stomach and have tried to maintain a clean, low-fat, low carb diet. But aging can bring unwelcome changes to the body, sometimes altering our ability to digest our beloved dishes. The natural ingredients in this Charcobiotic supplement may make a positive difference. I used to take fennel tea when I was younger (my culture relies heavily on garden grown herbs and such), and later when I relocated to the US, I’d use fennel capsules. I’m so happy to have found a product that has not only that in it but ginger, also! It didn’t suppress my appetite, and I’m not sure that’s its purpose. No scent or odor that I can detect. The capsules are wider than the usual. So if you have difficulty swallowing larger pills I suggest opening them into a smoothie or a small shake maybe. You only take 3 with a meal and 8 ounces of water a day, which is actually easier for me. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but for it to work the FIRST TIME for me where nothing else has? THAT is fantastic!

I received my bottle on May 30 and began taking only one capsule a day. The bloat began to.going down the following morning, water retention in my calves was eliminated. I also began drinking lemon water and eating cucumbers to begin this natural cleansing journey. I was hesitant to try the couple capsules a day the pills on the larger side and I’m not a big person. I believe for me the charcoal capsules are naturally doing what they state. If you were on other medications, I would check with your doctor first. But I will definitely keep these pills handy.

My daughter was having issues with nausea, especially after eating. I took her to the dr over and over and had all the tests. She was “perfectly healthy “ by their standards, “probably stress”. Fell down a gut health rabbit hole and bought this. In short it works. She started eating more regularly and larger portions without the nausea. She also has the energy to go do all the fun things again without worrying if she’s going to eat something that’s going to make her “sick”

These really helped me, I’m gassy almost every night no matter what I eat or don’t eat. And I won’t go to bed because I won’t be comfortable so long as I feel like that so before I go to bed if I’m gassy, I’ll take three of these or four of them and then a half hour 45 minutes. I feel good enough to go to bed and get my much-needed sleep.

Immediately starts helping my stomach moments after taking this supplement!! It has great ingredients, easy to swallow (for me, may be different for others), there is no smell and this was so affordable!
