Bag was sturdy. Good appearance of an upscale bag. Size was too small. More for a teen. Good storage.

This purse is well crafted and seems pretty durable. I like the size. It's not huge, but will hold everything I usually carry in my other purses.

Cute bag but the trim details do not hold up. The black piping started coming off after about two months.

So I really love everything about this bag... the material, the craftsmanship, the duo-color design, the fact that it has handles AND a cross-body strap. I triple checked to see what the dimensions were and were happy that it was 12" in length. 12" in length was already kinda pushing the width (I prefer larger) but figured it was already 3" longer than my current bag so it should be fine.It is NOT 12". As you can see in the picture, it's 11.5". What's the big deal? Well, when you take into consideration how thick the material is, it would probably take another 0.25-0.5" on the inside. On top of that, you also need to take into consideration that the bag doesn't open like a rectangle; rather, the sides are crimped, losing another 0.5" per side.On top of that, for some reason, the zipper on the top just extends outside of the normal width of the purse, just flapping away and dangling off the side. That's kinda weird.Had the purse been maybe 2" wider I probably would've kept it. Too bad, it's going to be returned.

I love this purse. I’ve had it for over a year. It’s very durable nice colors and I would recommend.

I really like the size and functionality of this purse, however it feels cheaply made. Poor leather/pleather/plastic quality handles.

I love this purse, but the way they packaged it, it arrived damaged. They smashed it flat and shrink wrapped it, so there's a permanent crease in the front. It's unforturnate, because I really like the bag.
