Manufacturer's Description -------------------------- The BT Diverse 7110 cordless phone is the entry level model in the BT Diverse range. If more than one handset is required the BT Diverse 7100 extra handset needs to be purchased as well. The BT Diverse range has always been a very popular range of Home and Business phones and this new entry model is called the BT Diverse 7110. One of the reasons the Diverse range is so popular is that they are reliable and easy to use, and you will be glad to know this hasn’t changed. The size of the BT Diverse 7110 cordless handset is compact but not too small like some mobile phones. Also the buttons on the new BT Diverse 7110 are nice and chunky and it has a new sleek black look as well. Even though the new BT Diverse 7110 cordless phone is one of the entry models in the range it still has a number of useful features. For example there is a 100 name and number phone book to store contacts. In total up to 5 cordless additional phone handsets can be registered to the BT Diverse 7110 base station, ideal for locating in other rooms around the building anywhere within its range and without the need for a further phone socket as these work remotely from the main base station. Usually indoors this is upto 50m and the compatible handsets are the BT Diverse 7100 and the Robust 7200 models. Other features on the BT Diverse 7110 include auto answer, 30 number calls list, 10 number redial list, call transfer between handsets, internal calls, conference call, backlit display, polyphonic ringtones, standard ringtones, ringer On/Off, ringer volume control, visual ring indicator, secrecy function and many other features. If the number that is ringing is in the phone book the name will show on the screen through the caller display function. Also built into the handset of the BT Diverse 7110 is a handsfree speaker and even a headset socket as well. A handy belt clip is also included so users can easily carry the phone whilst performing other tasks.
