Easy to use and very lightweight.Cleaning is simple, especially with auto brush cleanerI had a corded Bissell pet mop before and this is so much better. Freedom without the tie of a cord and do much lighter to move around.Get machine out, add cleaning mixture, go. Empty waste tank, clean filter, clean brush and kitchen floor, done in 5 mins. Tend to use the deep clean function most. Dirty water collects pretty quickly (auto cut out to tell you to empty) water tank is fairly small, but very simple to empty, refill and continue.Would highly recommend this mop, so much better than the corded version

I can't express how happy I am with this. It's so easy to use and really cleans the floors well. I have been using a steam mop for years, but I was conscious that I was just pushing around dirty water/steam and not really making any progress, having to change the pads constantly to get an area clean. This uses a constant flow of clean water, dropping the dirty into a separate tank, their cleaning solution smells nice and is effective. I have to top up three times and empty the dirty tank to clean my kitchen floor, but it's large and only takes a moment. It's the first cordless machine I have had and it's a gamechanger for me. The self cleaning cycle is great and leaves the brush and machine really clean. I add that I have three dogs and one of them will pee in the night, so I have to clean every morning as soon as I get up, I feel this has made a real difference, can't recommend enough

Brilliant machine, it is a time saver as well as being good cleaner

Delivery was fast and on time, I used this machine for the first time and must say it done a great job. Love the fact it vacuums and cleans at the same time, it's perfect for running over floors every day or every couple days, I'm gonna do a good clean say every couple weeks. Leaves floor a little damp but they dry really quick and I have a Jack rascal so a few dog hair which the machine picked up. I love the little tray underneath the roller, good idea. Happy with this so far hope it stays that way.

Cleans well and easy to clean.Don't keep buying their hyper expensive cleaning liquidI just use the pledge floor cleaner that also smells better. Just be careful to use a very small amount.

When i saw brilliant reviews i was soo excited about this product as i have wooden floor and i do vacuum clean as well mop very often and vacuum cleaner combining both sounded like a dream! However it is not what i expected, firstly it doesnt really clean the corners so it has to be done manually, it gets dirty so quickly in terms of the brush as it collects everything around the brush not everything goes through the container, so i end up cleaning parts in the middle of cleaning several times :(

Great floor cleaner washes well & picks up little bit and dust as well very happy with it

Very Poor, has a waste tank that can only contain a 1/4 of its size before it cuts out for having a full tank, this is not a fault it is how it is designed, cleaning is also poor ok for small spills but that's all.Had much better Bissel Mops in the past.
