Good product.
Worked great for turning a bathroom heater fan light combo into a down light so I could screw in a multi panel LED unit that they sell on here for eight bucks. really brightens the bathroom.

You Might Need to lift the Center Contact Flap in the Socket
I had to gently lifted the center contact in the socket so that it could touch the tip of the light bulb. Be gentle with the flap, it is extremely thin and flimsy. Other than that, it works well.

These are inexpensive and perfect for changing direction of your existing canned flood lights. I couldn't see my dog in the yard, now I can.

Used these in my garage
The lights in my garage are 3 bulb fixtures, so I used these to make the horizontal sockets vertical. Then I put high intensity LED 5000 lumen bulbs in them to increase the light. Worked pretty good! Cheaper than other solutions, not as pretty. But it's a garage, light is more important than pretty lights.

Two Broke Upon Initial Installation
These do the job, but tighten them gently. They are cheaply made, so any extra torque will break them.

Chose life. Things might become catastrophic
This is plastic. It will melt. It did on me. Seek out socket extension of hight quality, and made of heat resistant material. Be safe
