A vet recommended product which works as advertised
A great product which has kept my dog healthy since he was diagnosed with pancreatic insufficiency. It is more expensive on Amazon than from other reputable suppliers so do your homework before buying.

Excellent alternative to the very overpriced Lypex
Did the job. Have always used Lypex but as that has increased by over £20 in the last 2 yrs it’s become far too pricey. At £70 for a months supply it is really expensive. Was very worried about switching after using Lypex for yrs but this product did the job just as well and after comparing the ratio of enzymes, dispensing system and it having the same enteric coating , I felt more confident in trying it out. Dog was fine on it. No issues.

Epi/IBD dog.
My poor boy JJ has colitis and pancreatitis, he has lost so much weight inside six weeks,my vet is not very forthcoming with info so I did research then asked if he might benefit from adding enzymes to his food and he agreed he would. So a friend recommended these. He is getting them past three-four weeks now along with strong painkillers and other meds to at least keep the colitis in check, and him pain free from the EPI,and a bland but nutritious diet.i see no problems thus far with him being on the Proenzorb, and I think they are helping him because I've noticed he is less hungry. He just turned 11 and has colitis off n on at least five years, he is an atopic dog which is also connected to the ibd.I do not know how long I will have him but I know I've done all I can and will continue to do so.I have these on subscription so I won't run out. They make me feel hopeful that he is getting more from his food than he would without them.Update,he has lost 4kg his poop is firmer for the most part, but hes had down days that needed veterinary intervention. The worry continues .

So far so good
Started giving these tablets to my dog as it was recommended by the vet due to his digestive system issues. So far so good but it’s still early stages as he’s only been on them a week. As he’s a German shepherd and the normal dosage for his weight is 2 tablets, I tend to give him one capsule morning and night. The only tricky thing is that you have to empty the capsule contents on the food and throw the capsule. I then have to make sure he eats the food with it on and not let my other dog eat it too.

Expensive
Works for my dog. Expensive though and price just kept going up, even after subscribing.

Clinical Supplement, Not a Trendy Social Media "Wellness" Remedy
Pet Influencers often recommend digestive enzymes for wellness support. However, Protexin Veterinary Pro-Enzorb is a high-strength, clinical-grade enzyme supplement, and most pets do not need it. The social media concept that "more is better" is dangerous when applied to clinical products. Doses must be tailored strictly to the individual animal, as overloading a healthy digestive tract with powerful enzymes without a proper diagnosis can be detrimental. Vets typically recommend this product for specific conditions such as Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI) and pancreatitis. If you are here because a social media influencer said all mammals would benefit from digestive enzymes, this is not the supplement for you. For general wellness support, better options exist. I recommend looking into organotherapy. However, if a vet has prescribed this supplement for your dog, it is much cheaper to buy here—buying direct from my vet would have cost more than £70! 💰 I recommend pet guardians shop around to find the most competitive price. Just make sure you are buying a legitimate product, not a counterfeit one! Here is how to handle and administer this supplement correctly: • Tailored Dosing Only: Work closely with a veterinarian to find the exact dose tailored to the pet's specific body weight and medical needs. • Administration: 💊 You can open the capsule and sprinkle the granules directly onto the food if your pet doesn't swallow capsules. • Do Not Crush the Granules: 🚫 This destroys the enteric coating that protects the enzymes until they reach the intestine. • Serve Immediately: This prevents the enzymes from breaking down the food in the bowl. Some wellness advocates recommend 'predigesting' the food before serving. This is unecessary and will spoil the taste and texture of your pets meal. Personal Experience I have used this short-term, with success for an acutely ill dog whose pancreas was temporarily inflamed. Our success was also helped by providing bland, but tasty meals. He was highly suspicious of the granules. I was able to persuade him to take them in a dollop of low fat cream cheese. I later taught him to swallow pills, which is something I recommend all owners work on proactively. I saw improved digestion and weight gain on this supplement and would recommend it to others, as long as they use it under veterinary advice. I am keeping it on hand for another dog, who had a suspected episode of pancreatitis a few months ago. ✅ Pros • Pure Formula, No Fillers 🧪: The content is nearly 100% active medical ingredients with no grains, soy, sugars, or artificial flavourings. • Allergen-Safe 🌾: Features zero animal digests or yeasts, making it exceptionally clean for highly sensitive dogs. • Easy to dose • Tends to be competitively priced on this platform 🤔 Things to Bear In Mind • Only a veterinarian who knows your pet's medical history and bloodwork can safely advise if this product is appropriate for them. • Effective use takes some know-how. Do not buy this just because an online influencer recommended digestive enzymes! Use it as a fully informed and savvy pet guardian, under veterinary advice and there's a good chance you will see great results from it! 🐶❤️

Next Best Thing To A Cure
My girl Barley had chronic pancreatitis since birth. Ate little, struggled to hold that down as well. Occasionally had to spend a night on antibiotics at the vet when she had a bad flare up. She weighed 8kg at her worst. As a small Border Collie she should have been 15kg. We found this on advice from a pet food specialist. Sprinkled one pill on her food. She only ate a little, as usual, but an hour later she went back and ate some more, then some more. Best I'd seen her eat in months. Another pill the second day, she ate the whole thing in one go. Genuinely gobsmacked watching her. I don't like the idea of her taking the pills for the rest of her life, but after a few days I dialled it back and now she only gets one pill a week on her food. She hasn't slowed a bit. Now weighs 12kg and still going. Genuinely over the moon with this product. Probably saved her life.

Stomach issues.
My dog has had stomach problems since I bought him. I bought these to see if they would help as his food was just running through him and my vet was no help to me whatsoever yet charging a fortune to tell me there was nothing wrong. So after a lot of research on the internet, I tried to find a way I could help him myself. These tablets kept coming up a lot in my research so I decided to try them. After one week of use, my dogs poop was normal again and he did not appear to be in any discomfort. I used these tablets for a few months and now my dog no longer needs them. I still dont know 100% what my dogs problem was, this just seemed to give his stomach a break long enough for the problem to rectify itself.
