A very good bike but unfortunately i have today rode it for the 2nd time and my chain snapped i took it upon myself to get it repaired and as the shop looked at it they recommended a service £50. Just an unfortunate accident but better quality items would be great eg gears chain brakes system. A great bike just a few little issuse thanks.Amazon were very kind and reimbursed my £50 for the repair

Purchased this bike back in January. Both front and back break wouldn’t work properly from the start, one of the pedals kept coming off, and there was also what sounded like a ball bearing loose when you pedalled. Then after 3 months of using the bike the derailleur just snapped off as I was changing gears and also rust settling in on some of the bike.Although this bike look good it very poor quality and I wouldn’t recommend. The only thing I can say was good is when I reported this the bike was collected and I received a full refund.

Crap, broke and cheap parts..

After putting together correctly I have used this bike twice, the breaks don’t work. I left it with my local garage who tried to fix it but the cheap parts and poor manufacturing means it was a complete waste of money and unfit for purpose im so disappointed

Easy to assemble with tools provided, nothing special but does the job on an average journey (will need a pump when first set up as tyres are flat on arrival)

Had the bike since 20th march and the derailleur has snapped. Can't believe this vital part is made of plastic and therefore not surprised its broken. I know the bike was cheap but expected more than 2 months use.
