Is this easy to assemble?

Yes it snaps together but it also breaks as easy as it assembles. I recommend buying a cart with your wheels already attached.

How do I get new back wheels

Did you just get your cart, ie new delivery, or has it been used awhile? If just delivered, send it back to Amazon for replacement. I did that for front wheel problem and got replacement within three days, If used, contact company direct or through Amazon.

Can you buy replacement wheels?

Wheels can't be replaced because where the wheel goes it was not weld for a wheel to go in , meaning were it suppose to snap in. I had sent pictures and it is impossible.
