Poor quality
I have really small ears and this is the only brand I have found that I can actually wear. Unfortunately I have found the quality to be poor they will often start making white noise (very painful in ear) and have to be recharged to correct this. Every pair I have had has needed replacing after about a year as they stop retaining charge. The most recent pair I have had has only lasted about a month before becoming faulty.
