Behold! carcharodon carcharias!
This shark is extremely scary. I am 40 years old & enthusiastic about all chondrichthyans (& to near equal extent placoderms). I have a respectable assortment & yet nothing prepared me for the shock & awe of seeing, for the first time in my own home, the tyrannical apex marine super predator carcharodon carcharias! Excellent detail, especially in the gill slits & multiple rows of replacement teeth (polyphyodonty). A fine specimen to add to your collection for children & big children alike. Just be careful at bathtime as this beast is unpredictable & possibly hungry! Where's Richard Dreyfuss when you need him?? "We're gonna need a bigger bath!"

My little ones loves it!
SHAAARRRKKK!!! SHaarrkkk?! Is the call to arms in our house for bath time now. My toddler (20 months at the time) loves this shark for bath time. It's not too pointy so to be dangerous and it seems to wear well with time and general toddler wear and tear!

Building a collection
Having had Schleich before, I have no hesitation in buying more. Originally, I bought some for a grandson in Australia and took over 2 Xmases ago. Now, my second g-son is of an age for more realistic toys/models, so I resume by buying a Tiger Shark, which arrived a couple of days ago. It looked lonely so I came back for the Great White. Great toy/model - well made and painted.
