Sensitive meter.
Like everything about it, except, the bluetooth pairing is a bit finicky. You get used to it quite quickly though. A very good solution for monitoring noise levels and logging them. Helps with environmental health and noisey neighbour issues.

Arrived in good condition (the item's box seal was opened previously), but no Bluetooth connection, I couldn't connect with the official app so, I had to return it.

El producto es malo con avaricia, no sirve para nada es tirar el dinero. Las instrucciones son en inglés, en inglés y en inglés a pesar de que para vender un producto aquí la LEY te obliga a que sea en español. No volveré a comprar nada más. En cuanto lleguen los productos que quedan se cancelara la cuenta para siempre. Sé acabaron las tomaduras de pelo

City has new requirement that all airbnb owners have one of these devices to monitor noise levels. Hope it works, but seems to when tested with tv and music playing. Good value for money in this situation.

Très sensible, permet de visualiser facilement sur le téléphone avec l'appli dédiée qui se charge automatiquement en scannant le QR code sur le mode d'emploi (bien pensé !). Très complet, permet de prendre le bruit en instantané, de garder en mémoire les crètes les plus élevées ou les plus basses. On peut très facilement enregistrer le niveau des décibels sur le téléphone avec la touche dédiée. Je n'en ai pas testé d'autre, mais bien pensé.
