UPDATE JUNE 12TH The recommended Catit Design Triple Action Filters DO NOT FIT the tray in the fountain. Tried to purchase a set of the Catit brand from local pet store too. The Seller did not have them in stock at the time I needed them. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FOUNTAIN!! Assembled and drinking from it in less than FIVE minutes flat. All kitties took to it immediately. It was INSTANT approval on their part. After the first 45 minutes, my A.D.D. kitty remained fascinated and stared at It. I'm very pleased to see my dander-sensitive kitty drinking more. There was improvement with his skin within 5 days usage. A whole week passed without any spillage or issue. I refreshed the water every other day. (Emptied completely and refilled) I washed the bowl with parts and replaced the filter after a week, though did not appear to need it (my preference) and the instructions say it can be changed monthly. I'm keeping the second filter in longer. It's so incredibly quiet, and my first cat loves running water. THIS MAY BE OUR PERFECT fountain! I've tried EIGHT other fountains, excluding ceramic. I was headed to a ceramic brand until I found this. Had to try it because of the popularity. Other brands: They paw out the water and knock them over because water is FUN for some of our cats. Did I mention how QUIET this is? Amazing! It's a success and we'll be getting more.

So I've had this for a few weeks now. I have three cats and two of them took it up immediately. My fussier cat was not a big fan and I was worried she would not use it. SHE FINALLY DID! I love love love this product. As long as you keep it full it makes very little noise. It is also so nice to look at my cats' water bowl and not see dirty water. One of the best purchases I've made for them. Every pet owner needs one.

I love this product. Better yet, my cats love it. we had a regular fountain for them and only one or two of the four would drink from it. They all played in it, however. Which would make a mess. The Flower Fountain covers most of the water. Now they don't play in it, but drink from it. They all stop to take a drink as they walk by. If any complaints, it would be nice to have a larger capacity. That is minor though. Thank you for this great product.

My kittens love their water fountain. It provides fresh, filtered water for them all day long. Was easy to set up and is easy to refill. Highly recommend.

I was unable to use this Cat Flower Fountain because there were two parts missing (the cap and the spout). It is a cute design, but I won’t be re-ordering it. UPDATED REVIEW 8/11/18-I am editing my review of this Fountain to 4-Stars to note that the seller has personally reached out to me and has made assurances that he has spoken with the manufacture to prevent this situation from happening again. Additionally, I did receive a complete refund with no difficulties. Finally, and unrelated to the seller reaching out, I volunteer at a Cat Cafe and they use this very same brand of fountain throughout the cafe (there are several of them throughout the cafe) and the cats there seem to enjoy them. Lastly, they do make a nice noise, a soft, natural sounding noise.

They loved this fountain right away. It really is quiet and easy to set up as other reviewers indicated. I'm a little worried about looking for more filters as they have to be replaced monthly. The package comes with 4, so I have a while to think about it.

This bowl is really cool very easy to keep clean and refill. Make sure you keep the old Bowl around because it took a bit for my cat to make the change. She loves it meow!
