3M Clear Paint Surface Protection Vinyl Wrap 1 Inch Wide Tape Roll (1 Inch x 84 Inch)

saw others received something different, but for me the item came as described, 1 inch wide and clear (the backing is white), i bought this specifically to wrap my oura ring to protect from scratches. i just got the ring so no prior scratching, and i'm very pleasantly surprised how well the tape adhered to the smooth surface, leaving no bubbles. the thickness of the tape is great for my use, enough to absorb any scratching but not add bulk. i cut it into small strips with a very sharp exacto knife and it worked great. easy to reposition during placement and i imagine it will be easy to remove when i want to swap for a fresh wrap. you can hardly tell it's there, even when looking up close. super pleased with this product! will see how it holds up with daily wear...

I use this as a pickleball paddle edge guard and it works perfect. Protects and still allows you to see the paddle since it's clear. Just wish it came in a matte version as this does look pretty glossy

Not a bad tape. It works well and sticks to the paint. Not as tough as some of the other ones I have used but no major complaints.

I have two dogs that tend to jump up and put their paws on the window sills so they can look out (and bark at whatever passes by!). The paint was getting horribly scratched. I touched up the paint and covered it with this and it completely protects it—no more scratches. i also put it on the quarter round under my front door which tended to get dirty and scuffed. Again, it protects it and keeps it looking white.

I use this as head tape to protect my pickleball paddles and racquetball racquets from damage. I know that's not what it's designed for but it works great as it's tough and, since transparent, the tape used on the heads of the paddles / racquets doesn't mar the floor or walls or mess up the equipment itself.

Tried to use, and the edges are not clean cut, so after applying, it look like crap. This stuff is like the left over junk that did not pass quality control. Curled edges, rough edges... spend the extra money... wasted my time n my money, don't fall into the trap.

Will probably have to buy again. I would reccommend to have very clean hands when installing. I used this to "waterproof" some thin gaps in some led diffusers i have on a walkway incase water spilled im hoping it helps keep water from damaging the led strips. It's worked well for what I needed. As far as ordering again that's because I've had to remove the tape in a couple areas to fix bent in diffusers (im at a gym so weights or machines tend to bend the diffusers) so the tape has gotten dirty and has become more visible but if ur careful with install in the proper area of install i see no issue with it blending in. Im obviously not using it in the intended application but still happy overall with the item.

Jagged edge but works good

Been using it as the edgeguard for my 16mm paddles after being suggested by Eddie from Johnkew’s podcast. Smart suggestion I must say. Saves the paddle edge from scuffs, looks dope, and doesn’t leave any residue. In fact I put my weights on top of this tape; the weight sticks well plus saves the paddle from the residues from the weights.

Not as advertised. Looks like someone hacked a roll out of a larger roll and put some crappy packaging to it. It’s a scam!

Bought a few rols just to put in behind where my fender flares meet the body of the vehicle, at first it looks like a bad job as there are microscopic air bubbles trapped under the clear tape but after 24 hours those bubbles disappear and looks clear
