This creatine is brilliant. Easy mix in a cup just stir for 20 seconds then crush any bits left around the edge of the cup stir again for 5 seconds and swirl around cup before drinking the last bit and it’s a smooth drink with absolutely no taste at all I mix with water and it tastes just like water should. I feel better recovery whilst exercising and stronger. It does what it should. The bag seals like it should if your careful opening and closing so I’m super happy with it 😁😁😁

This is an easy take product and my experience so far is that it is helpful in putting in the miles to improve endurance. I use once a day although you can have increase dosage booster for thr first week. This appears o be a good proct at a good price.

Doesn't clump like others can and mixes really easily with shakes or in Yoghurt, porridge etc. Has no aftertaste and is considerably cheaper than a lot of other brands for the same product. Definitely recommended as a proven effective supplement for anyone who is looking to add to their stack.
