OX Trade Brick Bolster With Guard - 2 ¼" / 58mm

The end of my bolster has bent already after only using it for 2 weeks, not very strong at unless I had dodgy batch.

Broke after about an hour's use. Just snapped in half. Absolute waste of money.

I used it with a club hammer to knock down a brick wall in the garden and it did a fantastic job (this was my first time working with a chisel and I'm a girl). I think it's very sturdy, it gives a great protection and it's easy to hold and because of it's a convenient size it's easy to handle and it's sharp. I also managed to clear the mortar off from the bricks.

Reasonable masonry chisel. Plastic guard is a touch flimsy and no notches or way of adhering it to the chisel so slides up and off quickly. Solid value for money for DIY but not for trade.

Appealing little tool to look at,,rubber guard slides a little bit does its job,,blade could be a little more sharper ect..but will buy another soon as it does what it does for the price and I have priti easily taken three meters of slab up from under neath and make clean cuts for squaring off if needed asking as you don't hack away..good tool for the price and diy in the house garden..no complaints.

Habe Gewegplatten eingekürzt. Der Handschutz könnte etwas flexiblerer sein. Ich empfinde es zu Starr. Denn ist mann mit der Hand direkt unter dem Schutz überträgt sich die schlagkraft direkt auf die Hand. Ansonsten ist es gut
