What day should I purchase to have these flowers delivered on November 19th?

Check website on the 17th or the 18th. I believe it's next day delivery; unless the destination is in the boonies, then it takes more time. So check a week in advance just in case.

Why cant you deliver to Denver address?

My flowers were delivered next day in town, but a few days in a rural area; if they have no distribution centers nearby the flowers will not arrive fresh, so that is why.

Can I receive it on the appointed day?

I've had not trouble so far. The day I'm told was the date delivered.

pictures appear to have many more than the description of 3 roses. Looking for clarification, can anyone help?

The current description is incorrect, not even close to what this bouquet contains. I sent this to my mother in December and it had the correct description at that time - 12 orange roses for sure and the oriental lilies were possibly 3 stems, maybe 4? Several blooms per stem on the lilies. My mother was extremely happy with the combination and quality of the flowers. I don't think you will be disappointed if you choose this arrangement.
