This one is amazing indeed I didn't want to believed it was the vitamin B that was needed but this one seem ok for now just been using it for one month now. I noticed I feel a better upon waking my sleep improved by adding this just one using the seriousness of Vit B recovery. So it taste great easy to use. No odor just great taste. Yeah dont take to late in day are it made you think you drunk coffee later than you should have. Haahaa it took me a while to figure out why am I stay awake . I really like this B1 2 supplement. In 10 minutes I can feel the difference. I try to remember to take it every morning. It tastes good and after placing it under my tongue and I'm set for the day. I usually chase it with a bottle of water. Such an energy boost!
