After 6 weeks I see a difference, skin elasticity has improved. Tiny cracks on my heels have disappeared. I sure it’s working internally as well to balance the cholesterol. It’s one pill a day at breakfast, easy to maintain a daily dose. Will continue for 6 more weeks. Though it’s quite expensive and that would be the deciding factor if I switch brands with comparable product in future.
