Will these work for 300ohm to 75ohm outdoor antenna to coaxial connection?

300 ohm cable is generally twin-axial balanced line and does not have connectors. Generally a transformer us needed. These connector are 50 ohms, so there will be a mismatch to 75 ohm cable. Not a big deal for receive applications. Most 75 ohm coax cable takes F type connectors. "These are not the connectors you are looking for" IF you need 50 ohm SMA to BNC, adapters, these have worked fine for me.

Will these work for sdi video camera connections?

For SDI you usually RG-59 or RG-6 and SMA is really for much lower performance thinner RF cable so it will work for a short run but probably not optimal
