MiconaHex+Triz Shampoo for Dogs, Cats and Horses, 16 oz, Unscented

My golden retriever often gets skin rashes around his groin when he is wet for too long. This fungal infection was instantly cured by this lotion and saves us $500 vet visits often!!! Would highly recommend for this. The scent is strong so ventilation is essential. The fur cleans very well and is soft/shiny after drying. Easy to use and worth all the money!

Our Yorkie started licking his paws and I knew exactly what he needed from our prior experience with precious dogs. The MicronaHex+Triz shampoo is exactly the one he needed. You can tell immediately after the first bath that it was working. He started licking less and started returning to his normal spunky dog that he is the following day. After a few more baths with this shampoo and his itchy paws were history. It’s easy to use and smells decent unlike other similar shampoos that smell too medicated. I have to add that my dog has sensitive skin and wasn’t negatively affected by this shampoo. Better to test it on a small area of your dog’s skin to rule out allergic reactions. I definitely recommend this medicated shampoo.

I absolutely cannot recommend this shampoo enough. My pup suffers from seasonal allergies and is prone to occasional yeast infections and hot spots, causing him to itch constantly. Since switching to MiconaHex+Triz, we've seen a complete turnaround. The combination of miconazole and chlorhexidine really tackles the bacteria and fungus, while the ceramides keep his skin moisturized so he doesn't dry out. Unlike other medicated shampoos that have a harsh chemical smell, this one has a very pleasant and subtle scent. It lathers incredibly well, making it easy to massage down to the skin. We usually let it sit for about 5–10 minutes before rinsing. His coat is now shiny, his musty skin odor is completely gone, and—most importantly—he has stopped scratching himself raw. It is a true holy grail in our house!

This shampoo is the best! My dog suffers terribly from itching due to a fungus that causes dandruff-like flakes, which drives her insane. I've tried various medicated shampoos without success, but this shampoo is a dream come true. It immediately stopped the itching, and after just three baths, the flaking is completely gone. Also, it leaves the coat so soft and super easy to comb out. Worth every penny!

My dog has skin/itchy issues. I think this shampoo helps alittle but she still scratches. I will continue using it. Directions says u can use this shampoo a few times a week. I do not. It might be once every few weeks, so it could be me that is not helping 100%.

I first found out about this from my vet when he prescribed it for frenchie sensitive skin. So when I was getting low I found it on Amazon for cheaper. If your dog has sensitive skin I highly recommend using this shampoos. It soothes his skin from itching and scratching at himself. There really isn't a smell when using. Make sure you wait the time to soak into the skin.

My pup had a nasty looking rash popping up all over his body. It was red and angry looking. Eventually the rash would flake off skin and some times hair then look even angrier. The vet said it was a food allergy and told us to avoid chicken. We removed chicken from his diet and it didn't work. Then the vet said it was probably an environmental allergy. We started bathing him more often using an anti itch shampoo the vet recommended. That helped a tiny bit but not much. We tried several shampoos for anti itch, anti allergy, anti fungal, anti anything that can make you itch and nothing got rid of the rash. I found this shampoo and thought, what the hell. We've tried everything else, let's give it a go. FINALLY his rash went away. We saw a little improvement on the first wash. A little more by the second wash. By the third he only had a few small spots left. The fourth was got rid of them entirely. We are now doing a bi weekly wash with the shampoo and he is doing amazing. No more discomfort for him. I cannot recommend this enough to those who have dealt with similar things for their pets. Maybe it isn't the right fit for what your pet needs. BUT maybe it is! Take a chance! Worth every penny!

This shampoo is great for our dog that has allergies and sensitive skin. It is soothing and makes the fur soft and shiny.

Después de batallar por un par de años entre Apoquel y Cytopoint en mi Shih Tzu de 12 años de edad ya desesperado y frustado porque solo la comezón estaba controlada pero no “atacada” compre este Shampoo y desde la primera aplicación la comezón y picasón se fue por completo, literal. Tuve la precaución de aplicarlo a como las indicaciones del producto. En la Primera aplicación, le moje todo su pelo con agua más fría que tibia, le apliqué el shampoo abundantemente en todo el cuerpo, y con el timer le dejé el shampoo por 10 minutos en el cuerpo después de habérselo aplicado y literal todo el tiempo salía un olor extremadamente fuerte del cuerpo de mi Shih Tzu, quiero entender que era que estaba trabajando en matar las bacterías que tenía, la enjuagué cuidadando la temperatura del agua, más fría que tibia y le di una segunda aplicación del shampoo, y de igual modo con temporizador le dejé el producto 10 minutos, pero esta vez ya no hubo olor saliendo de su cuerpo. Se dejó de rascar por completo y las zonas enrojezidas que tenía en su piel, desaparecieron en un par de días, estoy en espera de que pasen 10 días para volver a aplicar el shampoo como mantenimiento, pero aclaro, se dejó de rascar de inmediato.

Es un buen shampoo a mi perrita le ayudó mucho

Bastante recomendable, mi perro sufre de problemas de la piel y solo es seguir las instrucciones y mantener el shampoo alejado de los más pequeños
