Excellent product
I suffer from anxiety and find that these work fairly well. They help a lot with my anxiety.

Second day using them and I feel calmer, and they do make me feel more sleepy. But im ok with that, as long as they help me calm my anxiety and stress down. They are very sweet when you put them in your mouth, small size too. There are no nasty after taste.

Probally good for mild anxiety, easy to swallow and fairly priced
Got these to try and help with my anxiety wasint expecting much but to my surprise they actually did seem to settle my mind a little bit I have BPD and PTSD so I knew it wasint going to make a huge difference Would definitely reccomend for people with milder anxiety but for me probally just not the right choice Still a great product though and for the price you might as well give it a try

Sleep really well.
I have been having bouts of anxiety with and was recommended this past few months and tried taking this herb based tablet, and it has helped no end. Often take 2 at bedtime and I sleep like a long, and don't feel drugged when I wake up. I would recommend it.
