Magic effect

I use them mixed with my warm blueberries and oats in the morning and like the blueberries I consider the effect to be "magic". I am an acid reflux sufferer and as soon as I mixed rosemary with blueberries and oats in the morning I could feel after a few days space created below and above my stomach making me "breathe better". So I have been using them most of the time as it helps me a lot and is now part of my diet.
