Had some prostate issues, it has improved them.
I have to say I was sceptical about the product, but read the reviews, I thought I would try it. I have been on this now 4 weeks and I am noting a positive difference. It hasn’t cured my issues, but it’s much better, than it was. I also note that during the night, going to the toilet, the intervals are longer between each other. I suppose this product does somehow relax the Prostate.

Stopped me peeing all night!
I wasn’t expecting this to help as much as it did. Have been taking daily for about three months now and I would say my night time peeing (the hazard of the older man!) has decreased by about 40-50%, so I now get up only once or twice per night. Very grateful for this supplement and this brand, which looked better than the others.

Uncertain as to the results of this
Started taking these after reading about the potential male health benefits of the supplement, as well as prostate health benefits, and although I've not been able to verify the claims, it hasn't seemed to have any negative effect on me- uncertain as to whether I will continue on taking them after this bottle, but will judge how I feel afterwards before making a decision

It's early days but it does seem to be working. I don't get up at all in the night. Whether it will actually shrink the prostate or not is too early to say. But, I have had no adverse effects after 2 weeks of taking this supplement.
