Wanted to use this product for at least a week so that I can give an honest review. I have actually been using for about 12 days now and I am extremely impressed! I have suffered like many, with very poor sleep, waking up every couple of hours and taking forever to get back to sleep. It has literally been years since I had a restful, deep nights sleep where I didn’t wake up multiple times during the night. I have tried every product known to man, and even though they may have helped, a good nights sleep still eluded me. This product is easy to use, doesn’t irritate my skin and stays on all night long. While I still wake up during the night, it has been cut down by over half and that is huge for me! When I do wake up, I am able to fall back to sleep quickly. This product is a definite part of my daily night routine and I couldn’t be happier with the results I’ve received, so far!

I was desparate to try to alleviate my sleeplessness. I read all the reviews and I thought this could work for me. The first night was ineffective. I fell asleep at 10 pm and awoke at 2 a.m. Getting back to sleep was worthless. I re attached the first night patch and added a new one on the second night. This was ineffective as well. I was really disapppointed. The reviews showed a small sampling of people who found these ineffective. If I realized that they were not returnable, I would have thought twice before I bought them. So, for me no dice, For you they might be effective. A Gamble!

Finally found something that works. It’s not so much that the patch makes me fall asleep but it certainly makes me calm. Usually I toss and turn for a few hours and the chatter in my head just won’t stop. Since using these patches there’s a lot less thoughts racing thru my head and it takes less time to fall asleep. No problems in the morning. In fact I wake up earlier and more refreshed.

These sleep patches are great. They work better than taking melatonin, probably because of the other ingredients in them. they last througout the night and gently lull me to sleep.

I've tried many other products to help me sleep for many years. The last one's were gummies but they were causing my blood pressure to go sky high. I started looking for a product that contained no chemicals and this one fit the bill. They are easy to apply. Make sure the area has no oil or dirt before applying. It says to apply one or two hours before you plan to sleep. One hour before sleep did not work for me. But two hours was the magic number for me. I can say it has caused me to have some vivid dreams. All which I can remember in details. Not sure if that's a good thing or not. But it helped me sleep. The first couple of nights of using the patches, I woke up many times during the night. But now it's only once after using a whole week.. This product is the real deal! I wish it was a bit cheaper in price and package size though. Give it a try cause it does work.

It smells like Eucalyptus! Really nice. Sometimes I think it works too help me STAY asleep. I have put it on up to 2 hrs prior to shut eye and do not feel a different as far as being drawn into sleep.

I've been using otc sleep aids and they didn't seem to consistently be helping with my sleep issues. I stumbled upon these and decided to give them a try. They work! I have had the most luck with sticking them on my upper arm/shoulder. I move a lot when I sleep and they stay put; I've never had any come off and they are easy to peel off in the morning. Once applied, I get very sleepy and drift off usually within 60m (sometimes sooner). I'm so glad that I tried these and will definitely be ordering them again. Great value too for how many you get! Bonus - they smell amazing!!!

If you have any adhesive issues, this may not be the item for you. I have a slight adhesive allergy If I wear some patches for a long period, such as heart monitors for 3-7 days. I had skin breakdown when I wore it overnight for 5-7 hours and unfortunately didn’t see an improvement in sleep. However melatonin hasn’t worked for me but does help my sisters.
