It Works For Me
These vitamins work for me. They are easy to swallow. Tasteless. I can tell a difference in my nails more than anything after taking these. I take them with my calcium supplement daily. You have to give them time, nothing happens overnight! Also, don't take your calcium with your regular vitamins especially if they have iron. The calcium apparently diminishes the iron in some way. (check with your dr on that one, I can't remember what mine said exactly) Anyway, after months of use my nails grow faster and are stronger. They don't peel or crack as frequently. I wasn't sure how beneficial they were until I ran out and decided to cut that cost out of my life. Nails started breaking, cracking, looking awful! So now I am taking them again and my nails are on the mend! I have a lot of hair so I am not sure how they are working on my hair.

Me ha ayudado a que el pelo crezca de nuevo, aunque no he logrado mantener el pelo nuevo por mucho tiempo. Espero que esto mejore. Las uñas están más resistentes. La piel sigue seca, especialmente los brazos.
