Defective Product Received – Completely Useless
Would give zero stars if possible. Received a faulty product – very disappointing experience. I received this lamp today, but the USB power cable provided with it is defective and not working at all. Because of this, the lamp itself cannot be used, making the product completely useless. This was purchased as a gift, and due to time constraints, I am unable to go through the replacement process, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I am very dissatisfied with the product quality and the seller’s service. Supplying a faulty accessory that renders the entire product unusable shows poor quality control. I have uploaded photos of the defective USB cable for reference. I would strongly advise other customers to be cautious while purchasing from this seller. Very disappointing experience.

Over the years, I had to have bought over 14 of these, giving them out as gifts to my friends and family members. For their newborn babies, it's awesome that they come in different colors, and I was told by my family and friends. they were so happy.
