Biotin supplement is great for your hair and nails. My thinning hair has improved, not as much hair loss when I wash my hair. Finger nails also thicker and grows quicker

🥰 Biotin is a terrific supplement and this brand, ESPECIALLY THE SOFT GELS, has provided me with years and years of long, glossy hair, and is probably the ONLY thing giving me a shot at having healthy fingernails. They crack and flake if i don’t take these! I’ve found the tablets and capsules aren’t NEARLY as effective! If you take 2 soft gels a day you’ll be filing your nails in no time. (However, and do your own research, part of my nail problem is based on a thyroid problem, and guess what… My beloved biotin has been intercepting my levothyroxine. I just learned TODAY that synthroid and levothyroxine are extremely susceptible to oils, calciums, mct, biotin, ANY oils you take with it could surround it and block all the benefits from getting to your thyroid. Since untreated thyroid leads to heart problems PLEASE TAKE THEM AT SEPARATE TIMES OF DAY! You can have both, just be smarter than me!

This product works. 79 my hair was getting thin. After a few weeks I could see the difference. Today the whole world can see the difference! It’s not expensive, give it a try it might work for you too.

in general biotin is a great supplement, for nails hair and skin, it does take time for a vitamin to be effective, will not work in next day or next week, but also depends on your body, I prefer to the 12.000 mcg but this one is particular have a faster release, this gives my hair a bit more alive looking side, you have to be consistent if you are taking it, I stopped taking it for a few months and my hair thinned a bit
