- Hair Growth Serum 1.7 fl oz - Anti-Thinning Hair Regrowth - Hair Loss Treatments for Women and Men made with Biotin, Caffeine, Menthol, Niacinamide - Hair Plush by Ultrax Labs

I love this product of 'Ultrax Labs Hair Plush'. It definitely SPEAKS clearly as this is exactly what the product is all about ~ when it says 'Results you expect, from the brand you trust'. The packaging of the Hair Plush Serum, came with a protective plastic to prevent from 'tampering', which you can see in the picture I provided here. It is 6 inches in length to about 1.25 inches width ~ in a plastic easy to handle container. I like the idea that this is plastic, since I accidentally drop this on the floor, and it did not break at all. Everything is 'plastic'. The bottle is very 'lightweight' and would also be an easy carry on my purse, when traveling overnight (or something). The 'pump' works great, and the 'serum' comes out perfectly, meaning you don't need to shake it first, as this 'clear gel like fluid' comes out. I put some on wrist to just test how it is. Being 'sensitive to scents and chemicals', I wanted to try how it feels on my skin first, before putting on my head. It felt very cool, and I could also smell the 'alcohol' but not too overpowering. It does have a nice scent, sort of flowery. I then put some on my dry hair, sort of as instructed, putting the 'gel type serum' on my scalp, which I then sort of also spread/massage my whole head area. It really felt good, after a few seconds ~ with this tingling cooling sensation. I then looked at the ingredients, and it has 'peppermint oil, and menthol' ~ which is probably why it has this 'cooling affect'. I did this the other day, just as a 'sample test' ~ since my hair is damaged from too much 'color treatment' I have done for so many years. I was curious even more, after looking at the 'ingredients' of this product, so I did more research about this, and also read the enclosed product description listed here on Amazon. The ingredients listed are powerhouse of a lot of nutrients and healing benefits. At first I was concern with this SD Alcohol 40B, but found out that this is a SAFE Alcohol Free known as 'emollients' used to 'SOFTEN' the hair (as with most hair products) ~ which is good for 'dry damaged hair'. The second ingredient is 'deionized water' ~ which is great. It then comes with more Vitamin B, such as dl-Panthenol (Vitamin B 5 ~ for healthy hair), to Niacinamide (Vitamin B 3 ~ for 'healthy hair growth'), then Caffeine being the 5th ingredient, which I found out that Caffeine is used for "Hair growth: Coffee stimulates the hair roots by improving its structure and growth. Caffeine can thus restore hair growth and/or prevent hair loss". The other ingredient such as Acrylates/C10-30 ~ is used as a 'stabilizing agent', together with PEG 12 Dimethicone, which is great ingredient used for resulting to a 'smooth spreadability' of the gel serum in your scalp/hair. Then the 8th ingredient is Peppermint Oil, together with Menthol ~ which is great news for me, as I was not aware that this is very 'beneficial to hair as "Peppermint could potentially improve hair growth and prevent some hair loss. Peppermint menthol also imparts a freshened smell and tingly sensation on the skin and scalp." Then the Hydrolized Keratin is needed as an added nutrient "to act as a film forming ingredient which creates a protective coating on the hair. This also helps to increase shininess on the hair." This Hair Plush Serum, also have Biotin (Vitamin B 7) for 'hair growth'. The other 3 last ingredients are 'Triethanolamine' ~ used to balance the PH level, and prolong the shelf life of the product; Parfum (Fragrance) ~ it does have a lovely mild flowery scent; Methylisothiazolinone as the last ingredient, and not to be too much concern with this, as it is used as a preservative. After putting some of this Hair Plush Serum on my dry, color treated hair, I noticed that it really 'conditioned my hair' ~ sort of having a 'leave-in condition affect' that I used with a similar product, which I can also easily comb my hair. The following day, it still felt good, looks great ~ even with the 'light scented fragrance' that is still in my hair. That night, I washed my hair, and I noticed that I 'DID NOT HAVE' some hair 'falling out of my head' ~ as I always do, which is a very BIG SURPRISE. I always always have a problem with my hair, especially while washing it, as my problem of a little of my hair, being pulled out. But after just ONE treatment (the following day), while washing my hair, this DID NOT HAPPEN at all ~ which really makes me happy. So, with this 2nd treatment, I tried putting some 'Hair Plush' on my 'wet hair', individually sectioning my hair, to put the gel on my scalp. Immediately, I felt this very nice 'cooling, tingling sensation' which I knew has to do with the 'peppermint oil and menthol' ~ which really made me feel good also, as I know it has some healthy healing benefits. It is an amazing feeling, like my whole brain was being 'activated' (the neurons in my brain), being RE-VITALIZED with this powerful nutrients/healing effects. It is very 'relaxing' feeling, makes me just to lay down in bed to meditate. I timed this 'cooling affect' which lasted about 30 minutes or so. After my hair sort of dried out (after washing), I went to check my hair, saw the 'conditioned effect' of my hair, and it is not so much out of control ~ but rather 'smooth' and does not have a thick film layer at all (like with my other hair products of 'leave-in conditioner) ~ but sort of 'natural feeling' to it. I also realized, that It definitely is better and turns out very well, to put the 'Hair Plush serum' after washing your hair. I really do not need to even use my other hair product of 'leave-in conditioner', as this 'Hair Plush serum' did the work and is even better with all of the powerful healing ingredients my hair needs. As far as for 'hair growth', it is still too early for me to know if this is happening. I probably would see this in a week or so. All I know, in just one day (after washing my hair), I did not see or experience any of my hair falling (as when being pulled out of my head, while washing). This is something that is a great concern for me, for so many years, and now to see this product very HELPFUL is an added PLUS of not having this feeling of getting bald. So, not sure as to how many bottles of this 'Hair Plush Serum' I would need, to continue....only time will tell. This product does seem to be 'pricey' but then realized with all of the Vitamins B's, together with other ingredients such as Caffeine, Peppermint Oil, Menthol for 'hair growth' ~ this is something that is definitely 'WORTH IT' to buy. I definitely 'HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product, as I am experiencing this, right now, ALL the Powerful Health Benefits I need for my hair. I am really HAPPY about this product. I LOVE it!!!

I can honestly say that I have lost faith in all hair loss/hair growth products UNTIL I tried the Ultrax Labs Hair Lush - Caffeine Hair Loss Hair Growth Thickening Treatment Formula Serum - with this product my faith in hair loss/hair growth products has been restored. I've been in the process of losing my hair since my early twenties, due to the daily abuse that I put it through, from chemically treating it to regularly straightening it to even gluing hair extensions in my hair and losing an enormous amount of hair when I took them out. However, the straw that broke the camel's back with my hair loss was my pregnancy - after having a child I couldn't even wear my hair down because running my fingers through my hair would cause me to lose about 15 hairs every time. I would be mortified when I had to wash my hair because the amount of hair that was in the tub was probably enough to make a wig out of it. My hair was literally shedding EVERYWHERE! While other products take weeks and sometimes months to see results, from the first time I used this product I saw immediate results! Compared to other serums, this product does not leave your hair feeling oily, greasy, or weighed down - instead, it leaves your hair feeling soft, shiny and healthy. In addition, while the other serums cause your hair to harden or clump up, this product doesn't - the serum goes on clear, isn't even noticeable, is lightweight and applies easily. Also, to go along with the fact that the product applies easily, all you need is one pump of the serum and run it though your hair, so the product lasts you at least a few months. Furthermore, unlike other serums, this product has a very light pleasant scent, nothing overly fragrant. Finally, the price of this product is definitely cheaper than the other serums I have bought, from which I didn't even see any results! I absolutely love this product, which is completely safe to use, and I don't even have 1 bad thing to say about it - my hair has never been this thick, full, strong and healthy. This product helped me save my hair and I will continue using it and recommending it to others!

The Ultrax Labs Hair Plus Serum was my second Ultrax Labs product and I'm just as happy as I was with the Surge shampoo. It seems to have done its magic in blocking the DHT and stimulated even more hair growth than I expected. I have applied it to both wet and dry hair and even blow-dried my hair after putting it in with no problem. I usually put it on after I dry my hair after showering when it is still a bit damp. It actually has worked like a styling gel as well, and improved the volume and shine of my hair over the course of the days that I put it in. Though I am still not sure the exact source or cause of my thinning hair, this product has definitely done wonders for filling in and thickening the patches of baldness that my starting on my scalp. I am very relieved to have found this product. Not only is it natural, with biotin as one of its main ingredients; it also doesn't require the prescription of hormonal pills or capsules and regular doctor visits. The minty smell of the Serum is quite pleasant, the gel doesn't get gooey or cause my hair style to clump up awkwardly, and it is all-in-all an amazing product for those looking for a legitimate and quick way to initiate regrowth in thinning hair. I do suggest getting this Serum along with the Ultrax Labs Shampoo as well for maximum results. I feel that both are great products on their own but if you really want to see major results doing both simultaneously seems to have really benefited my own hair and I am confident it will do the same for other people as well. The one thing I like about the Serum is that it stays in all day, unlike the shampoo. Perhaps this is just psychological, but the thought that it is nourishing my scalp for multiple hours really boosts my confidence that it is working, and regardless of whether this line of thought is justified scientifically or not, it has indeed been working great. I am looking forward to trying out the Ultrax Hair Rush dietary supplement as well in the near future just to see if that helps as well.

I'm happy to have discovered this product. My hair has always been very flat and limp that's why I have been looking for a product that can give my hair a fuller look. I suffer from hair fall as well, so what I actually wanted was something that works from inside in terms of strengthening and making my hair looking healthy. This product addresses all my concerns in one very easy-to-apply product. I am very pleased that all I have to do is basically massage it into my scalp and leave it the whole time. The fact that it's very easy to use makes it all the more possible for me to actually use it consistently. Also, it does not feel heavy at all because of its transparent and lighter-than-gel formula. I also appreciate it being very light-scented, so this is definitely ideal for someone like me who's allergic to strong fragrances. This is also not like other hair growth / hair thickener products since it does not contain harsh chemicals. I have been hearing about how beneficial caffeine is in working through the hair follicles for faster hair growth, so the fact that this is the main component for this is a plus factor. The results are immediate in terms of making your hair look fuller and giving you a blowdried look. I would say this is one of the best leave-on conditioners I have ever tried in terms of creating an immediate effect. Also, I noticed that in the past days I have been using it so far, there is less and less hair in the drain when I shower, so it seems to be addressing hair fall immediately as well. Seeing these results right away makes me all the more confident that it will indeed give long-term solutions for all my hair woes. I highly recommend this product.

This is my first review I’ve ever written on amazon. Even though I know how helpful they can be Im just not that person that writes reviews, sorry lol, just being honest. This product though, has changed my life! My hair took a super nosedive for the worse in the bast few months, I mean really bad, it’s made me sad because I’m not sure what happened but my hair got super thin and started breaking A LOT so it just looked awful no matter what I did or how I styled it. Even my hair stylist was baffled and didn’t understand why this was happening. So after having pretty nice hair this just kinda made me sad and made me feel so bad about my hair (and myself too). I kept getting trims to see if that would help but just ended up with a bob and still thinning and weak hair and even started to get a tiny balding spot right in the front directly above my eyebrows, I mean it just was going from bad to worse. I’ve been using this product for I’d say about 10 days or so and I already notice a difference! My hair is starting to feel thicker look shinier even my reseding little bald spot has almost filled back in. I’m also giving my hair more love overall also, hair masks (argan oil), leaving in conditioners for a few min when I shower so I think that’s also helpful but I definitely think 90% of my hair improvement is attributed to this product. It’s truly amazing! The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating is due to the size. In the directions it says to apply a generous amount from root to ends and it has to be daily which is what I’ve been doing. As I mentioned my hair is a bob now (right above my shoulder) so I don’t have that much hair but I massage into my scalp and then massage all the way through to my ends so doing this daily I’ve gone thru the product pretty quickly. I have to order another one this week. For the price I wish it was just a bit bigger because at this rate I will be needing 2 bottles per month until I achieve my hair goals and then I’ll most likely slow it down to applying it every other day. So pros: it works, it will make your hair thicker, shinier and overall a healthier head of hair. Cons: the bottle is small and won’t last too long, especially once you see results you start applying a bit more freely because you want to make sure you get all of your hair in the application. That’s pretty much it, this was long enough and this is why I don’t do reviews because I’m very detailed and I can’t just write a review saying it’s great, buy it plus I feel like that doesn’t really help someone who’s thinking of buying this. But I know how crappy it can make you feel to see sad little hair on your head so figured I can try and help this time. Below is the review I submitted to the Ultrax brand website after receiving a postcard offering me a free product to do so. I spent time putting together an honest, thorough review of my experiences, only to not be offered THIS particular product (Hair Plush) -- despite being featured on the postcard. That is deceptive, and I am frustrated. -- I wanted to get, at least, one more go at this product after they hiked up the price 25%. --- I'll preface my entire review with the fact that I am still unsure what the underlying issue causing my extreme hair-thinning is: I suffered a pretty significant injury (treated with cortisone injections, which caused a slew of hormonal problems), made a career-move months later, and have a pretty strict diet. That said, my once thick hair was suddenly thin and showing scalp in the front -- and I panicked. I initially used Ultrax pretty religiously, with a handful of other topical treatments -- I then switched over to another brand, but am now switching back. I am seeing signs of new growth, small hairs popping up in various areas, but not so much in the front where it is worse -- nor does it appear that my scalp is any less prevalent than it was when I started all of these treatments 6(ish) months ago. Out of all the topical products I'm trying, I will say that I like how Ultrax doesn't make my hair greasy, smells nice, and is the only out of the bunch that *feels* like it's accomplishing anything when I apply it. (Nice and cooling, a little tingly.) But it's hard to say which of the bunch is the one causing the new growth I'm seeing. I was hoping to make the switch fully to Ultrax, when suddenly the price increased 25%! It was already a pretty hefty price for me to maintain on a monthly basis, but I'm unsure if I can make that kind of commitment - despite the personal anxiety and mental toll this has all taken on me. In sum: I like the product, it appears to be working, but the price is no longer maintainable. I appreciate the opportunity to share my story.

I am by far the biggest skeptic I know when it comes to believing the claims any company makes in any attempt to sell their product. I simply don't believe in miracle products. BUT somehow this product has managed to make me question my own thought process before purchasing a product. For some time I've been wanting to purchase a product that could help conceal my thinning hair right on top of my head. With so many companies making similar claims about their products, I really had no idea what to choose. The cool thing about Amazon is that when a large a group of people insist on the validity of a product, it's almost a guarantee it will work. I took the plunge with this product somewhat out of desperation and belief that so many couldn't possibly be wrong about this product. This product has truly been life changing. I am so happy to report that it does exactly what the company claims that it does. For some time now, I've noticed that my hair is not as full and thick on top as it used be during my teen years and early twenties. I love my hair long but because it had lost so much thickness, I've had to start cutting it short for the past 4 years or so. My hair has regained, I would say, about all of the thickness it once had and this is crazy but people have actually taken notice. A couple of people have even asked me if I've added any hair pieces to my head. It's absolutely incredible how little I have to use to get these awesome results. Like I was truly freaking out about how long this bottle would last... especially because of the price. I don't give it a second thought anymore. Simply because you really do get your monies worth in every small pump. The most incredible part is that throughout the crown of my head, I am noticing small baby hairs sprouting that quite frankly I know have not been there. So my hair is thick again, it's soft, it's manageable, and it appears to be growing back. Very exciting. I can't wait to see the results once I add in the shampoo made by the same company. I am incredibly grateful for stumbling upon this product.

I have tried every spray, cream, gel, serum, paste, powder, mousse, putty, wax, incantation, prayer, spell, and charm out there that promised to fix my thin, fine hair and so far NOTHING has worked. My friend's mom actually suggested I try the Ultrax Hair Plush after she used it for her thinning hair (with great results!!) and even though I was skeptical I figured I'd give it a shot. WOW. I applied the serum every day whether my hair was wet or dry (it doesn't matter) and after only two weeks I saw SUCH an improvement in the amount of volume and body my hair has!! My hair used to just lay flat against my head and looked kinda limp and dull... Now I have Disney Princess hair :) I can't wait to see if it stimulates growth too... The website said it helps but I think 2 weeks is too soon to determine anything. I'll update when I do! I really like the consistency of the serum. I was worried that, like most others I've tried, it would be goopy or tacky and end up weighing my hair down MORE or making it look greasy. Thankfully, it's exactly the opposite!! It's a sort of watery gel texture that melts into your hair pretty much immediately. However, what gives that desired consistency is the SD Alcohol 40B, the first listed ingredient. It's essentially ethanol that has been denatured with t-butyl alcohol, and its added to a lot of cosmetics to help them dry faster. It's very harmful if you EAT it, so don't go adding it to your morning coffee or anything, and while it's completely harmless when used topically (unless you have a cut in which case it stings A LOT), some people should avoid using alcohol on their hair as it can be very drying. I found this actually works to my benefit as sometimes my scalp gets pretty oily and this kinda breaks up the oil. Woo hoo! The only teeny-tiny problem I have is the smell... It has a very strong chemical smell to it with a slight hint of mint(?) almost like a dentist's office. It goes away really quickly but as someone who has to be sedated to even be in the WAITING ROOM at the dentist, im pretty sensitive to that particular smell. 5 stars for results!!! Will definitely be buying again when this tube runs out.
