I like this product. Upon applying it takes a few minutes to start working, but then it helps stop the itch really well, you may have to reapply a couple times, but it does work.

This item is good. It works as it saids it does. It stopped my mother itching & gave great comfort where she become more comfortable to get some sleep.

It's not like 5% benzocaine, but it is natural plus helpful and soothing for small itchies. Similar (possibly better for itching) in effectiveness to Burt's Bees Res-Q Ointment (my regular go-to) without the need to apply with fingertips. The smell is nice and mild as well.
