Works on all-plastic cans - altho it's tight fit
I bought this for a plastic paint can because my silicone style pourers won't fit. It is tight but it does fit with a bit of persuasion. It's not stackable like the silicone type but it's not good to use a silicone type for long term storage in any case. So this works well for the duration of any given project.

Great aid to painting.
These worked great on both steel and plastic gallon cans. The paint can be poured easily and cleanly into either smaller containers for brush work or roller trays. They make painting much easier and clean up very well.

Good but not perfect.
Certainly helpful but lacks a snug fit. You cannot flip the can with just this lid on but won't leaks if you secure it down with some painter tape.

I immediately reordered
These lids fit well on one gallon cans. They have a spout with a lid to pour the paint into a cup or similar and a wider opening that can be used to stir the paint or pour into a tray. There's also a tiny spout with an attached cover that when opened, makes the paint flow more smoothly. They are attractive, easy and intuitive to use, and the material is acceptable. I've seen different brand lids at the big box stores and these are less expensive and of comparable quality.

Excellant Paint Can lid accesory
An Excellent Product. At first I thought it wasn't going to work based off of the Price, but I was shocked on how well this Product actually worked. The Lid actually seals tight to the paint can. The inner lid is also tight and is a great way to open to stir the paint. The best part is the spout with the screw top lid. It is not flimsy and actually seals when you store the paint. Yes, I recommend this product, and I have bought more.

Great product
Great top for paint. The paint doesn’t drip on the side of the gallon of paint pours directly from the spout to the place where you pour the paint no waste of paint on the side of the gallon paint, I think it’s terrific. My hats off to.

Leaked profusely from under lid.
This lid fit loose on the metal can. I needed to pour a small amount into another container and I believe as much came out between the lid and the can as came out of the spout.

Too big!
This spout is too big to fit any 20 liter/5 gal. paint cans I've ever seen.
